Nestled in Miami Beach, this charming condo for $1,221 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You will be accommodated in a 2 bedroom suite with an adjacent 1 bedroom suite in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor condo tower in Miami Beach. This 3 bedroom/5 bathroom accommodation includes 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens and a kitchenette, spaciously totaling over 2600 ft!! Layout: The listing comprises 3 separate suites. A connecting 1 bedroom and Junior suite which forms a 2 bedroom, with an adjacent 1 bedroom suite next door. Beds: Between the 3 bedrooms the suite can comfortably sleep 12 people with 3 king size beds and 3 full size sofa beds. It can sleep up to 14 guests with extra beds rented from the hotel (maximum 5). Each extra single bed is $60 per night plus tax. Rates vary based on seasonality and availability. Looking forward to hosting you! Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. Guest Access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance. Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events. Other details to note: HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day per room in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.
