Wonderful house. In the middle of town, easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Very comfy beds. Took our ATVs and had enough parking. The house was a little dusty but otherwise clean.

The house was very nice on the inside, although it somehow felt like it wasn’t quite complete. Nothing major, just not quite what I’ve experienced previously with VRBO. It could use a bit more privacy from the neighbors, probably some landscaping would help. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. It was spacious and comfortable enough for 6 people.

If you are looking to visit the National Park and other things in the area this was a great house and location. It is the desert so nothing is close, but this was centrally located for everything we did. And, we loved that it was an older home.

The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The master bath was convenient but tiny with a toilet, sink and shower. The second bathroom was spacious and had a tub with a shower faucet with plenty of counter and cabinet space. There was a large dining table and living room. The washer and dryer came in handy. However we were surprised that the bedroom closets were locked and used for storage space. We were unable to hang clothing we’d brought for a memorial service. The blinds in every bedroom were in poor condition and provided little privacy. There was no window covering on the window of the back kitchen door. We would return to this property if closets were made available for hanging clothes and the blinds were replaced. It was overall a nice property.

Great spot with easy access to dining and carlsbad caverns national park. Owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. If we get to go back to carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I booked at the last minute because we needed a getaway before school starts. This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the teenagers. The house has everything and more than you could ask for!!! Loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone! Great location to many stores and restaurants. Would book this house again!!!

This home served as a great base camp for traveling to both Carlsbad Caverns as well as Guadalupe Mountain NP. The home was spacious for a family of 4 and had plenty of amenities. Grocery store was only a few minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet.

We had a great stay at Casa Rustica in Carlsbad, NM. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again. We left an expensive item behind and the owner was great at communicating with us, and allowing us into the house a couple of days later to retrieve the item. The owner offered to ship the item for us, but someone in our party was in the area and the item was left just where we asked them to leave it.

This was a great place for our group of 3 while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. The park was a little more than half an hour away. Great restaurants and grocery store nearby. House was exactly as described. The neighborhood is a little run down, but we felt safe and all was quiet at night.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for! Very well updated on the inside with so much space for a small family gathering. 30 min from Carlsbad Caverns and 45 from Guadalupe Mountains. Plenty of to go food options with a grocery store just blocks away. The surrounding homes of the property appear just a bit run down but the neighborhood couldn’t be more quiet. And the sun room at the front of the house is a perfect place for morning coffee. Lovely place to stay!

This is a lovely, spacious home in Carlsbad, NM. The interior of the house has been nicely upgraded and has elegant retro touches in the bathrooms and bedrooms (like crystal chandeliers). Great place to serve as a home base to see the Caverns and enjoy family dinners in. Kitchen is well appointed, but could use wine glasses! Overall, a nice and clean property that had more than enough space for 4 adults. The only downside was the property manager began calling 5 minutes after checkout time. We were getting my elderly parents and their luggage out to the car, and so it was surprising to be hassled in this manner within a few minutes of the posted check out time.
