It's very spacious. I was with my (old) parents. For them the elevator was very handy to get to the third floor appartment. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

Excellent, very spacious and location was in walking distance from the centre and the funicular
It could be improved with a/c but then it would probably be a lot more expensive so nothing really
$$$$
