Nice location, rooms look new or newly decorated, hassle-free.

Quick check-in and check-out, friendly staff, easy access to the room, cleanliness.

There was no staff wither at the reception or bar at some point. At check-out I was promised to receive the invoice through booking.com which was untrue, and had to send a request via email.

The rooms are noisy specifically the lower deck rooms... Staying in lower deck will not have a view to the lake coz it has only 2 small top windows... The administration is not cooperative...
