The location of this place was perfect and the room itself was very comfortable. Valeria was very helpful and great at communication.
A light in the stairwell up to the room would be ideal but torch on phone works well.

Location- perfectly in the heart of the town
Good communication throughout our booking
Not so much an issue for my family but it was a workout carrying our cases up the 3 sets of stairs, so would be an issue for someone less able.

Great location in Sorrento. Room was spacious & clean. Big shower. Near good restaurants. Good air conditioning. Black out curtains were very nice.
Communication with the owner could’ve been better. We had agreed on a meeting time & although we arrived on time, we had to wait 45 minutes for him to show up to let us in. Not great as we couldn’t go anywhere but stand outside with all of our luggage. He was nice but this situation was not ideal.
The bed was alright but a bit stiff.

The sheets made us itchy and an allergy probably from bedbugs or lack of cleanliness, the room is not cleaned every day but you have to ask
