It's a best hostel near White Town are and it's situated in MG Road which is known for Sunday Market

Great location just a short walk from everything. The lobby area is nice and clean. The kitchen area was well equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and overall clean (no seats though). Also at disposal an iron. There was a long balcony where you can also dry your clothes. Good if you’re a smoker but there’s no seating area. Bedroom was large with good ac & fans provided. Bedding was comfy and beds were long enough for my height. Overall good value for money if you’re looking for a cheap stay in puducherry.
Facilities could use a good freshening up including the bathrooms & showers, though they are cleaned there’s visible wear and tear on the toilet and the doors, also the shower knobs. Also I arrived late and my bedsheets were visibly unclean with dust that had settled on it and pillows had stains, I could’ve asked for a change but it was late - I did notice the bunk below me had fresh sheets though…. I guess double check before settling in.
For payment my UPI wasn’t working and I had no cash, property on the signs says they accept credit card but that was not true at the counter so be prepared for this. Last point is it would be good for the rooms to lock the excuse was that “it’s a dorm we can’t lock” but many hostels offer digital keys… would be good especially since on the same floor there’s male dorms. And that you then leave your belongings in a room unlocked. Though I didn’t feel unsafe - it just felt like it would be a necessary upgrade.

Cleanliness
Time is time. Early is not allowed at all. We read the rules and regulations for early check in but did not expect them to follow every minute.
