- everything looks new and it’s clean
- good location
- the owner speaks english and is helpful
- the wifi is fast
- they didn’t ask if I want my room cleaned and instead just went inside the room while I was gone; and I had my passport, money and other stuff around; I don’t appreciate this kind of behavior

Rooftop area was very nice to chill at. Feels like family run place, friendly staff. Nice view from rooftop and bathroom too, and bed was pretty comfy.
