Great villa, fantastic space and very helpful / friendly staff
Aircon worked perfectly throughout our stay in each of the 3 bedrooms.
Slightly older villa and could probably do with a little refreshment soon but everything worked perfectly and was cleaned regularly. I’ve found that slightly older villas generally offer better living space, larger pools and larger gardens. Newer ones can tend to try maximise the bedrooms on the plot.
Pool was great and having segregated portion which was suitable for children / elderly was great.
We had a small issue with hot water one morning. I messaged the staff. We had a response and issue was fixed within 20mins. This was the 5th villa I’ve rented in Seminyak and each one had some water issue at some stage of trip.
Staff were super. Informed us when cleaning would be and messaged on the day. We left some medication in the fridge and one of the staff kindly followed our car to give it to us.
Only thing I feel they should add is some sun loungers as would make the pool area perfect.

How big the Villa was with lots of space for our friends and family
Nothing - It was all set up very well

Great layout for families. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to beach.
It is a bit rundown. Kitchen facilities are basic. No hot water in kitchen (difficult to maintain hygiene with dishes). Bathrooms are pretty dated. No water filter meant we had to buy a lot of water botttles and this created a lot of plastic waste.

Good central location.
Pool is beautiful.
House keeping came once in 5 days
Aircon in downstairs room was average and it heavily taped on the outside. Room temp sat around 24-29 despite being set to 17. In the one day services were provided I asked them to check it and they assured me it was 'fine'
Beds are hard and lean in middle.
Def not as clean as it could be nor as well kept as it could be.
The netting around bed was heavily stained.
Staff are lovely, it's clear owners are not maintaining the property as they could be.
