The location is good and the bed was comfortable. Good connectivity to move around and use as a base to explore.
Good to have a kitchen, DW, and laundry machine.
Defining the check in to be at 4 pm by default but providing multiple options to pay for earlier check-in seems like an easy way to grab more money from tourists despite nobody using the place or even being there to receive guests. (And same goes for all additional services that the site advertised for).
Providing only one key for a place that can fit up to 4 people seems skimpy.
The sofa (when not set up as a bed) was very uncomfortable to sit in.
Being unable to lock from inside without the key also felt unsafe given that people could come in easily to the building during the day (and even night).
To end, they ask you to follow certain rules when checking out (like clearing the food from the fridge and throwing your thrash) when they haven't even provided guidance for where this should be done inside the building.

It was in a really good location and was very cheap, good access to the transport network.it was really well represented and very easy to access, the boarding pass was a really good way of providing access to the apartment.
The window was broken, there was masking tape on the light in the bathroom from a paint job, the sink has a big chunk taken out of it and there was no lift. Also the bedroom was very small, but we managed to make it work, the matrass left something to be desired but was good enough.

Fabulous location right by Place Massena, old town and the promenade. Easy to receive the keys, communicative host and felt safe.
The place needs a good deep clean and revamp. Our socks became filthy in minutes of walking around and could see the dirt and old paint on the walls. In the bathroom - the shower went cold fast, the sink tap gets water everywhere and we were not provided with enough toilet roll. Kitchen facilities were ok although the mugs were very used and unpleasant to use. Note there is no lift and it is in the 3rd floor (there are a lot of stairs as it is a very grand building!).
