About this house rental

In a green setting, ideally located at the crossroads of several fabulous sites, on the heights of a village in the Lot, you can spend a good holiday and enjoy many activities (visits, tasting, hiking, parties, animal parks, canoes). ROCAMADOUR (15 mn), SARLAT LA CANEDA (30 mn) ... This single storey cottage of 95 m2 consists of a terrace, two bedrooms with their bathroom and toilet, large living room, open kitchen with dining area. The cottage is fenced and independent and its swimming pool 8 x 4 with its terrace and sunbath, only used by tenants. A courtyard for children, a flower garden. No smoking and pets not allowed. Note that the swimming pool is closed at the end of September and that for months requiring heating from October to the end of May, the meter index will be read on arrival and departure. (8 kwh / day are granted, beyond that, they will be charged 0. 15 € / kwh)

Nous avons quitté le gîte ce matin a contre coeur nous tenons à remercier Bénédicte et Jean Luc pour leur accueil et leur petites attention a notre arrivé parfait du début à la fin gite calme et reposant sans oublier la piscine un vrai regal a bientôt christophe magali et alycia

Excellent séjour chez Benedicte et JLuc. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et toutes les petites intentions. Tout est parfait dans ce gîte très bien situé et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. La piscine chauffée et privative est un plus. Agréable d y plonger après une journée de visites. Les propriétaires sont présents sans être envahissants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Ces vacances dans le Lot nous laisseront un très agréable souvenir à la fois grâce au gîte et à cette superbe région. Le gîte est situé au calme, il est bien agencé / équipé et joliment décoré, la literie est parfaite (lit king size de la chambre parentale très confortable) et le fait que le linge de lit / maison soit inclus est un vrai plus. La piscine, située en haut d'un escalier sécurisé, est grande et chauffée. Il est très appréciable de s'y baigner après une journée de visites. Le salon de jardin et les transats offrent un grand confort. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et la serviabilité des propriétaires. Nous les remercions en particulier pour leurs attentions gustatives pour débuter le séjour. Le gîte est situé à la frontière de trois départements : Lot, Corrèze et Dordogne : impossible de s'ennuyer tant il y a à voir : nombreuses grottes, châteaux, charmants villages et activités sportives (canoë, spéléologie, accrobranche...). En 15 jours nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout ce que nous avions prévu, il nous faudra revenir !
