One garages runs the length of the house and has been turned into a game room with foosball, pool table and darts. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend all day at the beach! Enjoy the LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT at Gulfside Gathering Place!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

This home is walking distance to the beach, comes with beach chairs, wagons, and even a couple boards making less things we needed to pack. The kids loved all the games available to play with during our downtime. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies but bring your own spices.

We stayed here for a big family vacation and there was PLENTY of space for us all with space for people to just get away from the commotion of the family if needed. We ABSOLUTELY loved everything about this property! Its such a beautiful home and within walking distance to the beach access! Extremely clean and comfortable for us all! Huge kitchen and dining table to fit all our needs of our big group. It is even pet friendly which was a must for us! We would highly recommend this property and will always keep it in the backs of our minds if we ever make it back down there!

The whole family loved our stay in your lovely home, with such pretty decorating, and incredibly furnished kitchen! You have truly thought of everything! Thank you so much!We had a mishap with a coffee mug, please let me know if we can pay for that. And you had mentioned you like to know of any problems for future guests…the coffee maker in the upstairs kitchen seems to be leaking a bit of water on the counter, but still makes a good cup of coffee!Many thanks for sharing your home with us!
