Our truly Private beach not shared by any other property is amazing with only steps across the street or from the Sky Walkway. I know you can't wait to get your toes in that sugary white sand and emerald water! The large Living room has a 65" Smart TV, DVR, Surround Sound and Ceiling fan for your entertainment and relaxation. There is plenty of space for you and your family to relax, spread out, and enjoy this 3 BEDROOM, 3 Bath with over 1600 square feet.. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and its own bathroom, private enough that it is a perfect for couples sharing this condo or couples with children or larger families. When your tired and ready to relax in the comfy beds, each bedroom has a 45” Smart TV and DVR. There is plenty of storage to put your things away. Large walk in closet in the Master Bedroom. The place was super nice. Really clean. Convenient to the beach. The kitchen was really well stocked, best of any VRBO I’ve stayed. Beds were very comfortable. The living room was so spacious we were all able to sit and enjoy a movie together. The host are super responsive and friendly. I would love to come back and stay here again.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and met all of our needs. We had a large family group, and it was spacious enough for everyone. It was well stocked with everything we needed. When we come back to Miramar Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

We were in Destin for a family wedding. We chose Surfside because the ceremony was on the beach and the reception was at Surfside. The unit was great; clear instructions about the property, roomy, well stocked, comfortable, great view and plenty of beach equipment for our use: THANK YOU! There was a restaurant onsite and several others nearby. The younger people in our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site. It was a wonderful long weekend; we even had an Easter egg hunt on the beach Sunday.

Great condo for a family beach trip! Great location and access to private beach. The condo was so nice and clean. The owner was so easy to work with and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely book this condo again!

Everything was excellent. The owners had everything that you would need for a beach vacation. There were plenty of everything in the kitchen. The only thing that was not great was that the tennis court strap for the net was missing and the complex did not get it fixed for two weeks! Owner was awesome!! Will stay again.

Girls trip for a wedding
The condo was perfect! We all had plenty of room to get ready for all the special events we had going on while in Destin. The beds were comfy! The views were awesome! The walk to the beach was very short and the chair services was great. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, our friends that live in Destin visit the restaurant and beach bar often and they love it too. We had an awesome stay.
Everything was wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We only went out to eat twice so we used the kitchen a lot. Balcony seating was awesome. The only downside is that the area is very busy with all the other condos right there.

Great location
We had a great time in this unit. You look out to the bay from the living room and the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of room that my group of 8 staying there didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Enjoyed having enough chairs on the beach for all of the adults and there are extras in the closet if you wanted to take more down. We like the area and restaurant availability within walking distance.

Never having been to this area, Miramar Beach was the best place along this coast. And this condo was amazing! It was beautiful, clean, great spot for the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Beverly was great to work with for any questions we had. If we’re in the area again I’d definitely stay here!

Great place on the gulf
Never having been to this area, Miramar Beach was the best place along this coast. And this condo was amazing! It was beautiful, clean, great spot for the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Beverly was great to work with for any questions we had. If we’re in the area again I’d definitely stay here!

Great Stay
We had a great stay in Miramar Beach. There were 6 of us and we loved the space of Beverly's condo. Also, one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in.

The basketball court and fitness center were a huge hit for 7 boys on their senior spring break trip. Communication was great with the owners. It was great to have so much seating in the living room with smart TVs. Location is within walking distance to food, groceries, laser tag, scooter rentals and the beach. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone!

The condo was beautiful. Location was excellent with respect to the beach. Balcony had clear view of the gulf. Saw dolphins swimming past every morning.

Just Like Home!
This unit was beautifully decorated and a great location to the local attractions. We had everything we could possibly need. The cabinets were stocked with more plates, cups, utensils than you would ever need. We had a dinner party with 13 guests and we still did not use them all! There was also condiments that we could use- like salt and pepper. We used the grills for hamburgers. There were new picnic tables that were by the grill if you wanted to eat outside. The unit had several charging stations for phones etc. The tvs had access to Netfilx. On the deck, there was a tub with beach toys, boogie board and most important to us- an additional cooler. The bathrooms have all been renovated with tile upgrades. Our friends stayed in other units in the building. Our unit was superior. We tipped the beach service at the start of the week and he had a horseshoe set up every day for us with a front row view of the ocean. We did not feel like we were staying in a rental unit because it had all the conveniences of being at home with the bonus of the beach!

This condo is extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of space for a large group. It is equipped with enough starter supplies to get through a couple days, which is very nice. Owners are responsive and helpful, as was the front desk staff in the lobby There are detailed instructions for arrival and departure which makes the process easy. The location is great and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable . Very nice condo with all amenities. If cooking in , plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans , crockpots etc. Beds are very comfortable!

Perfect Place for my family
We loved the condo. My son and daughter came and their families. Each family had their own little private spaces. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beverly the owner was amazing.

This property was very nice, and convenient to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you could ever possibly need, the living room is spacious and has floor to ceiling windows which makes for a beautiful sunset! Loved spending time on the balcony drinking our morning coffee, the evening watching the sunset and fireworks. Beds were comfortable and we always had plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, wash our clothes or towels from the day. I would suggest this condo to anyone that enjoys being steps from the beach, and the convenience to a pool, hot tub, and the added beach chair set up made going to the beach a stress free trip. The parking can get a little tricky at times but they let us park in the owners parking lot until they got it figured out. Overall this was a perfect experience and could not have asked for anything better, I would recommend staying here to anyone and I hope to be able to return someday with my family. Just Amazing!

High recommend this property!! The condo had PLENTY of space and had everything inside of it we could possibly need. Extremely quick minute walk to the beach. Beverly was also amazing, providing recommendations for the area, accommodating early check in, making sure we arrived safely and being so friendly and easy to get in touch with. Would 100% stay here again.
