Gorgeous comfort… sumptuous. Very high quality. Staff were super helpful

Good location and the room was excellent.

No breakfast included for a £310 room is insane. Was unclear on the booking. 10% discount is offered but 1.20 off when you spent over 300 quid isn’t on. One breakfast server was great but all other staff encountered weren’t great. One of the servers doubled up as a front desk staff so wasn’t ideal to raise issues. Breakfast was also relatively poor which made paying for it even more frustrating

Great location, massively over priced, room service/room make up non existent, bed not made, towels thrown on the bath, must have been a quick in and out, was really poor for £280 per night
