Todo estaba perfecto. Limpio, super ubicado, personal amable, comunicacion rapida,consejos utiles, y el apartamento estaba bien equipado.

o flat é de frente para a avenida e para o mar. Tem ótima localização, possibitando ir a restaurantes, mercado, farmácia e lavanderia a pé. Já me hospedei outras vezes no mesmo complexo, mas esse sem duvidas foi o melhor que fiquei. A proprietária faz a gestão de reservas e foi sempre muito solicita e extremamente ágil nas respostas. A equipe do ilhaflat foi muito cordial, como sempre.
Definitivamente não tenho do que reclamar.

Flat maravilhoso, vista tanto do mar quanto sim jardim maravilhosos.

Location good, in front of the sea, despite you don't get the view if you are inside of the room...
The apartment is in the hotel, BUT it belongs to a particular person. Therefore, when you arrive to the reception you cannot make any payment there, complaint or anything. please check before booking and be sure that your room is from the hotel if you want to avoid the following issues:
- The owner did not accepted cash, neither credit cards. We were supposed to make a bank transfer to pay, which as tourist from another country was not possible.
- Furthermore, we were asked to pay circa 25 euros more for the laundry of bed clothes and towels, and we were unaware before booking.
Unfortunately, if we cancelled the booking we would lose all the money.
After more than 2 hours talking by WhatsApp with the owner, she accepted to take cash and not charge for the laundry.
***This information was not explained in the booking advert. But she pointed that the info was said private message by booking and that therefore it was ok.
As foreign tourist, we did not see her message. And even if we would have done it, it would not be possible to cancel without refund via booking, if we did not agree with the extra charges and payment terms.
I wasted 2 hours of my holidays discussing with the owner due to a bad information, and time is too precious for me to spend on this. It is not a matter of the extra money, but to pay for what I have booked and don't feel cheated.
*****Booking should check better which places shows in their website and the veracity of the information*****.
- The apartment had no washing machine, neither oven as announced in the website. There was only a microwave and a little fridge. Also sink for waving the dishes. That's It.
- Very noisy. You hear constantly the traffic, quite loud. And which is worst, until 5 am in the morning the music from the clubs and bars near by. We could barely sleept.
Complete disaster of choice.
