very well located across from old town and fashionable neighborhood of Izmir. clean and safe location. room was comfortable with great view. clean and well maintained. staff extremely helpful. located and retrieved my lost passport left behind in the airport cab. Also helped with the retrieval of my bag lost by the airline.

The location was amazing, access to public transportation subway is literally at the door. Next to Bazar and short walk to the water front.
The staff were friendly as well.
It was extremely noisy. The noise from the street there was a rattling sound ( metals rubbing against each other) from the street the whole night. We were 5 adults and had 2 rooms, none of us was able to get any sleep.
