The hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly. Chaz was great. First thing I noticed was the smell, the room smelled great.
The shampoo was the only thing I didn't care for and the noise all night sounded like running and doors slamming.

I loved the bed and the sheets, we enjoyed the pool, and the pool table.
The floor in our room was dirty, some crumbs and a sticky place where something had spilled and didn't get cleaned up. Also the family board games that were advertised were not available, the pieces were missing or scattered in the drawer. Breakfast was good, but we were disappointed that the pancake maker was broken.
