Nestled in South Haven, this attractive house for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Fall in love with summer in South Haven at this great house with a great location. Walk past three houses and look out over the lake and the lighthouse! This home offers all of the comforts of your home. We provide bath towels and linens fresh each week and the entire house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. In 2011, the cottage had a new HVAC installed, providing the house with central air conditioning and a new heater system. Floor Plan Overview: This two story home offers a comfortable home base for the ultimate family beach vacation. This first floor consists of one large family room with convertible sleeping, one full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry facilities and a sun porch. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleeping Arrangements: Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and has all new bedding. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed and enough room for a crib if desired. The second upstairs bedroom has two full size beds and a view of the lake. The downstairs family room has a sleeper sofa for two. This room has a door and can be closed off for privacy. The Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have full showers and tubs. Each bathroom is stocked with clean towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap and shower gel. The Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We also provide a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The kitchen is stocked with everyday china, silverware, cookware, and utensils. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and hand soap are all replenished weekly. The dining room has a rectangular table that seats up to 8 people. The Living Room: The living room has a new 48' LCD television with a DVD player and HD cable. There is a small sun room off of the living room. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. The Outside: The outdoors provides a large deck and nice yard for relaxing. There is a table with chairs and a gas grill for your use. The driveway is long enough to fit 2-3 cars. We stayed in town for a wedding, and the cottage was just perfect. Everything we could need, excellent location, we could even walk to town. It only took 15 minutes. We had two couples, and each had her own bedroom and each of her own bathroom. The house was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for the weekend at Three Sister’s Cottage. The location was wonderful! The house was clean and cozy. It was perfect for our family of four. You can walk to the water. We enjoyed our stay. I would rent this house again!! Cindy haynes

We were very pleased with our stay! The property exceeded our expectations and South Haven is such a cute place! It was chilly and somewhat rainy during our stay but that did not stop us from getting out and enjoying ourselves. We went apple picking and played on the beach and spent an afternoon in Grand Rapids as well. We played board games watched movies together in the evenings. It was a great time spent together as family. We look forward to returning when the weather is warmer.

The place was very beachy and comfortable. The very short walk to the beach was easy. The view from the table in the front yard was amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay.

My family of 4 stayed here (two adults, a 4 year old and a 10 month old) and it was perfect! It was the right amount of space for us and we were beyond comfortable. The house is incredibly clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed being so close to all the things we wanted to do (kids corner playground, beaches and shops). We’d love to stay here again in the future! Thank you!

House was cozy, very clean, and very inviting. My family and I were very comfortable during our stay. Location was great. We could walk to the beach and the playground within minutes. The house was very clean, which is a must for me when traveling. Would definitely recommend this property!

We’ve stayed here a few times now and continue to love it. So close to the lake. Easy to catch the sunset from the front patio or make the very quick walk to watch it from the beach. The house is clean and such a cute beach-cottage vibe. Peter is responsive and easy to work with.

This was our second time staying in South Haven and we loved the location-1 minute walk to the beach and sunsets! The house was just like it appeared online, and very cozy for our family of 4. There was everything you could need there from a baby to an adult. Beds were comfortable; washer/dryer available. Garage was big and filled with all kinds of beach items and chairs. Host was wonderful and quickly responsive. I’d highly recommend this home, and look forward to staying there again.

We absolutely loved everything about this home! The location was perfect. We walked to the beach every day for the gorgeous sunsets! You could easily walk to shops and restaurants!
