O quarto é ótimo, o café da manhã é bem completo e saboroso. A propriedade é bem reservada e quase não há barulho.

Estrutura muito bem organizada, limpa, além de decoração atemporal belíssima.
O atendimento do Guilherme é realmente o grande diferencial desta experiência, sempre muito prestativo, auxiliar nas escolhas dos locais para visitação, sempre perguntando se precisava de algo.
Café da manhã impecável, Vanessa sempre uma graça ( melhor bolo de banana com aveia que já experimentei). Com toda certeza voltaria em Trancoso pela acomodação e atendimento na Monkey.
Não tenho nenhuma observação.

From the moment we arrived at Monkey Casa, the experience was exceptional, and that was largely thanks to the amazing and attentive staff. Guilherme was always on hand to help with everything from booking local excursions and taxis to offering fantastic recommendations that really helped us make the most of our stay. Vanessa provided an exceptional breakfast every morning and was so warm, friendly, and welcoming that we genuinely felt at home throughout our time there.
Beyond the service, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the design and atmosphere. It strikes the perfect balance between being attentive and offering guests plenty of privacy, which made the whole experience feel incredibly relaxed and personal.
Of course, the true mark of any great hotel is a good night’s sleep, and I can honestly say the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while travelling. The mattress was brilliant, and the quality of the bedding and sheets was outstanding.
Monkey Casa is a brilliant hotel in every sense, and staying there genuinely enhanced our entire holiday. We would return in a heartbeat.
