This is a Beautiful all-season vacation House in Poconos heart! Great quiet location!!! Families and kids are welcome! Many activities for any ages! Hot tub available all year around! Water change after each guests, guaranteed and sanitized!!! There are 4 Bedrooms, all queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, big living room, 55'' TV, Sound Bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, table soccer, two full size sofa beds. Game room/pool table, TV, kids toys, full size sofa/low sofa. Dining room, big table up to 12 guests. Kitchen, everything you may need: Microwave, Stove, Coffee Keurig machine, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/ Ice maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more... 2 Deck’s, 24 ft Private Pool, 14 ft Trampoline, Wood Swing, Kids Sandbox, Charcoal Grill, Fire pit, with wood benches around up to 12 guests. Also, there are so many activities with short driving distance: water parks, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono ATV, Pocono Raceway, Big Pocono State Park, Lakeside Trail fishing and more... Don't forget to ask about early check in and check out, no extra charge if it is available... Also, pets can be available if you are ask in advance, so we can schedule special cleaning after!

We were a 3 generations family of 6 and all adults, having a winter holiday getaway- 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each was perfect. Vlad is a magnificent host, quick to answer any questions. The house is immaculate! The kitchen it’s stocked with all utensils snd items! The hottub is fabulous!! The quiet woodland setting was so peaceful! The house is spacious and beautiful!- we all wish we could have stayed another week! Thank you Vlad!!

The house had plenty of rooms and plenty to do around the area close to the outlets and store.we loved the hottub and the game room.

My family and i stood at this home for a weekend and i was extremely impressed by the quality of communication and accommodation that the host had. The host was just as listed. We had 4 children under 5 in the house and this house was very safe for them. They played a lot inside the house playroom(which had tons of toys and games) and outside in the playground. After the kids went down the adults enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and wven ejoyed a firepit under the stars. I highly recommend this place for families.

This was our 3rd Family Thanksgiving in the Poconos. House was great, enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. House is close to everything that you need (including Mt Airy Casino). Host was wonderful.

Very clean bi-level house in a quiet, rural setting. Back yard with plenty of space and activity supplies. Wonderful for families to relax. Vlad, our host was great with communication too!!

The house was very nice and the yard is beautiful. It has all of the basics that you would need and then some. There are only 8 towels total for the shower so bring extra or plan to do wash. Vlad was great and very responsive. Good location, close to main stores. Very happy with our stay. Such a nice getaway

Property was as described. Very comfortable and inviting. We had a nice time with no issues. Pool/hot tub were very enjoyable! Lots of wildlife around the property. Bathrooms/kitchen were clean and well maintained. We had a great time enjoying the property and the area!

Nice relaxing house with pool and hot tub…close to restaurants and casino. Vlad was super helpful with checkin and checkout process and very responsive to any questions we sent him.

Our host, Vlad, was super attentive! Super quick response times and was on top of every single thing asked within minutes. The home was clean and cozy and the hot tub and yard were a blast for the kids and adults. The kitchen table was large enough to fit our entire party for breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. The location is perfect being super close to so much shopping, restaurants, bars, and Mt Airy Lodge for a casino night! Check in and check out was simple and easy. Great for a group of adults or families.

We really enjoyed our stay. The nice backyard, pool and hot tub were a big hit! Plenty of indoor and outdoor games, smart tv and wifi. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for meal prep and cooking.
This place is well located and close to so many nearby attractions. Everything about the home was as advertised on the listing or even better.
We highly recommend it and will look to stay again.

Everything was perfect about this home from the inside to the outside. Something to do for everyone. Vlad was also extremely easy to work with and always available. WIll stay and again and refer to all friends and Family.

Very good place to stay with the family
A very nice and perfect place to enjoy with the family, we really liked the indoor games as well as the outdoor ones, this place offers a lot of entertainment and fun for all ages, the host is very friendly and communicative so you could definitely come back .

Nice house for some family time but they need to upgrade it.
The house is nice but I feel that it needs to be upgraded asap. The dining room chairs looks dirty, bedrooms are not to be big just in case you're thinking about air beds options, and let's not talk about the bedroom furniture from the 1900's. The backyard has a lot of space but wasn't properly cleaned to be used. They need to cut the grass and clean the grill because we ended up scrubbing the grill and cleaning it. They charge cleaning fees but I feel that whoever is doing the cleaning needs to be supervised. for instance the fridge, bathrooms and play room were dirty.

There was random people coming knocking on the door. The neighbors are not friendly police was called because kids were outside playing. The house and owner is amazing !! Location was not idea
