Completely renovated 4BR, 4½ bath single family house, walking distance to North Conway Village shops/restaurants and Cranmore Mountain, easy drive to White Mountain attractions and Storyland. A perfect mountain retreat for two families with kids of any age or a group of adult couples. This spacious and updated vacation home sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 private master suites, a super cool bunkroom and a full bedroom. There are 4 1/2 completely new and clean baths. House boasts hardwood floors throughout and a modern and fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, updated appliances, and a huge custom dining table for family meals. A lodge-like great room with wood fireplace, large screen high definition TV, lots of comfortable seating, and several areas for puzzles and games allows the entire family to do what they want while being together. If you have teenagers who like their own space - there is a large finished basement with a family room, a sleeping room, more game space, another full bath and laundry area. Our custom-made hand shuffleboard table is one-of-a-kind. House has abundant natural light and great views from huge picture windows. Outside, a large wrap-around porch with patio and outdoor seating offers plenty of lounging time alfresco, no matter the season. Long private driveway accommodates 4+ cars. A/C, wifi, cable, laundry, ample closets, mudroom entrance with room for ski equipment. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, and no peanut products, please. Owner has severe allergies. This house, which is located behind the village of North Conway and at the base of Cranmore Mountain, was perfect for us. The beautiful open-plan living space with beautiful views was extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and away from the living space, so they are private and quiet. Our teens loved the refinished game/TV room in the basement, which has another bedroom and bathroom. It was a 10-minute walk into North Conway, which gave everyone the freedom to come and go as they pleased. Another plus was that the house is located off the North/South road, so we avoided the clogged-up traffic that runs through North Conway. We will most definitely stay again. Our host, Jill, made herself available to us and was extremely accommodating with the few questions we had. Oh, the hot tub after a long day out was pure magic.

Loved staying here. Close to everything. House was very clean and well laid out. Loved all the deco of the home and how close to the village it was. Property owners communicate well and respond fast. Everyone enjoyed it and cant wait to stay again next time.

The location of the property is excellent. It is within walking distance of downtown North Conway. The indoor living space is excellent. Great natural light in the main living space and very nicely separated into areas for eating, relaxing. The outdoor hot tub is a great bonus for end of evening relaxation after swimming/hiking. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and ware. There are two queen bed rooms that are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The space works very well for two families. The additional bedroom space in the basement would work best for teenage kids. There are plenty of games on hand. The shuffle-board game was a big hit and got quite competitive each evening. Some towels are provided for outdoors/hot tub, but best to bring your own to use during your stay. We were swimming most days. The laundry facilities are top of the range. Excellent living space and excellent location.

Great location in North Conway. Short walk to Mt Cranmore and the center of town! It was a bonus that we could see the 4th fireworks from the driveway!
The house was perfect for our two families for a total of 9 people. Owner was very responsive when needed (rarely needed). Will definitely look at this house for a winter rental!

Our family highly recommends The Fours! The hosts were great to book, check in/out with, and included very clear house rules. They also gave detailed instructions for operating everything in the house as well as provide recommendations for local activities, restaurants, shopping etc.
This house is beautiful! Every room has been completely renovated and everything was very clean. The main living/dining area is very large, open concept layout perfect for everyone to gather. There is a fabulous kitchen with brand new appliances and fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The bedrooms were all very nice with comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were renovated, and towels were provided. The basement holds a separate, very large hang out space with puzzles and games, a cool shuffleboard table, couches and tv. The deck area is huge with a dining table, brand new grill, and hot tub.
We were only a family of four staying, but this house would be a great home base for either a very large family or a couple of families.
The location of the house is perfect. We stayed in mid-June and were centrally located to many great hiking trails, waterfalls, and everything the White Mountains has to offer. It would also be an amazing place to stay if you are into winter activities since you are so close to mountain resorts. You can also easily walk to the downtown main street for restaurants and shopping.
We were grateful to have such a lovely home base for our vacation!

I would highly recommend the Fours to a family looking for a relaxing ski vacation. The house was clean and the kitchen is well appointed. This was our second year at the Fours and we will be back again. The owners are responsive with any issue that arises. Book with confidence!

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids ages 10-12) rented this house for MLK weekend. We've rented other houses in N. Conway before but this was by far the most spacious and well-appointed. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids shared 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and dining areas were roomy enough for all of us to gather and be comfortable.
The basement mud room was huge and very convenient to get everyone (plus their ski gear) in and out of the house with minimal effort.
We were a 2 minute drive to Cranmore and about 15 minutes to Attitash. Very close to downtown N. Conway.
Overall, this house is well-designed for a group trip. I'd highly recommend it!

Newly renovated home is thoughtfully laid out. Very clean, has all the amenities you could ask for. Location can not be beat. Summer or winter. 3 minute ride to town, just outside Cranmore. Great for adults and children. Will book again.

The Fours is the perfect getaway in the White Mountains. The house is clean, well appointed and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable stay with multiple families. The owners have a great taste too! Enjoyed being able to walk to downtown North Conway and it's just a quick jaunt to the Saco River for tubing! Endless hikes nearby. The owners were super responsive.

Best Rental in MWV - hands-down!
We've been renting in the Mount Washington Valley for many years - we love getting together with family and friends from away because there is so much to see and explore in the area. This rental far exceeded any expectations we had! The place is huge with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas for everyone to feel like they have their own space. Our group consisted of two families (4 adults and 5 kids total). Master bedrooms for both couples felt luxurious and each kid had their own bed. When we weren't out exploring the area, we all enjoyed the AMAZING shuffleboard table and a dip in the hot tub at the end of a long day. We also loved being able to walk to town. So many other things I could say about this place - if I could give more stars I would! Can't wait to come back and rent in the winter. Thank you, Jill and Norelle, for creating an inviting and functional home away from home!

Wonderful Property - Highly Recommend!
Highly recommend this property! Recent renovations are well done, the house is updated and very cozy. Most importantly, it was very clean. We stayed for four days with two families (4 adults & 6 teens/children). The owner, Jill, was responsive and easy to work with. It is super close to the center of town and Cranmore Mountain. Bottom line – the Fours is a win. Thanks for a great experience!

There isn't a better spot in North Conway. The house was perfect, even better than the photos. The owners were super responsive and the house had absolutely everything. The location is walking distance to Cranmore and the center of town. We will definitely be coming back in the future

No need to use they lodge at the mountain we were so close. Very well outfitted. We were able to prepare all meals, including a turkey dinner on Christmas. Didn't want for anything needed to prepare it.

We had a wonderful family getaway! The Fours offers so much room for everyone. We were there Thursday through Sunday and didn’t even leave the house. There were 10 of us all together and still plenty of room. The kids loved the huge room downstairs. Highly recommend. Close to everything.

New Pristine Vacation Home!
We loved it very much in our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the layout of the house, kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds, the hot tub, lots of games for young kids, and shuffle board was a great hit for teens/adults. This is such an location as well- walking distance to N. Conway downtown & Cranmore Resort, a very short drive to hiking trails near by. Thank you so much for sharing your home! North Conway Comfort
Enjoyed our family vacation at The Fours! Together with my brother’s family our group consisted of 4 adults, 4 teenagers and two pre-schoolers. This house had it all! We loved that each parent set had their own master suite complete with comfy beds and updated, modern bathroom fixtures. These rooms as well as all of the other spaces in the house were spacious, clean and organized. There were ample sleeping options for our group and no shortage of bathrooms. The teens enjoyed having a space for themselves on the lower level where they could play shuffle board, video games or just hang out. The little ones also enjoyed this space and all of the books and legos that were there for them to use. The kitchen was used to prepare all of our meals over the course of the week and came fully equipped with every cooking implement or utensil one could need. The communal living space was perfect for our large group to gather in the evenings to play games at the large family table, watch movies on the comfy sectional or work on puzzles in the sitting area. The large deck was a great place to sit and relax, take in a fitness work out, or soak in the hot tub. The furnishings, appliances and decor were all new and clean making this house feel comfortable and homey. The Fours is such a great place that we are hoping to come back again to enjoy during ski season.
