I really loved the layout of this townhouse! Great for a family. Very comfortable. Dishwasher and Fridge were great. Laundry worked well. Location was very good to many areas in the valley. The whole neighborhood was quiet and very well manicured. Really liked the setup of the ensuite, (could use a little bit of upgrading) though). Very enjoyable stay!

Host lists as newly remodeled it did not appear to be. Cost was not as listed. We received a message from host day before checkin Main bedroom blinds needed to be opened/closed in specific way to keep from breaking (blinds were mismatched ) Reverse Osmosis not working. We arrived to find carpets filthy and frayed, there was food and garbage under the couch ,walls had chipped paint and damage showing metal and drywall in multiple rooms, bathroom sinks, shower, tub had old, crusty worn out faucets that were extremely difficult to use, patio tables were very dirty and full of debris. We have photos, unfortunately there is not a place to add photos. Positives Good location, good washer and dryer, nice dishes, plenty of paper goods.

The house was very nice and well set up. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient. Everything was close by. The heat was an issue for our 92 year old mother but it was fixed half way through our stay. The community hot tub never worked but it would have been a convenience not an essential item. The bathrooms are dated and could use updating but not a show stopper. We really enjoyed our stay.

We needed overflow for our annual family gathering in South Tempe (very close to the rental). It was a great place to sleep and to hang out away from the big group. We needed the refrigerator for our turkey and the grill to prepare veggies for the big feast! Check in and check out were frictionless and the place was big enough for everybody!

We had a wonderful extended stay here while we had construction done at our home! It was nicely furnished and my children enjoyed using the community pool. The neighborhood was super convenient to everything we needed. The owner was always quick to respond to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in the south Tempe area.

During the months of January and February we have rented houses in Arizona to get away from the cold winters in Indiana. This house was lovely and Julian andHeather were most accommodating during our stay there. We are not big TV watchers except for sports. The TV at the house did not have some of the sports stations that we liked to watch and Julian came over and arranged for us to have a big sports package. He was very prompt to address any issues that we had. The microwave quit working and he installed a new one. The house is in a great location, close to many stores and restaurants and a $3.50 movie theater within walking distance. It was close to parks and hiking at South Mountain. Our grandkids from the north came and utilized the pool , the basketball court and the pickle ball court. Many thanks to Julian and Heather for all of their help.

Family members from Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, and Flagstaff, AZ stayed at the house for my daughters wedding. MUCH better than several motel rooms. My Mom said it felt like everyone staying at her house for a holiday!
