Good location and cleanliness
The first thing that caused dissatisfaction was that the entrance door could not be opened with the key they had provided. Even the agent who came to help us was unable to open it, and we were left waiting for about an hour. We were already very tired, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Instead, we were told that we could cancel the booking. I was extremely disappointed by this, because how were we supposed to cancel at that point and find a new place to stay, especially under those circumstances?

El baño es muy pequeño por lo que si eres grande se siente claustrofóbico
