House with pool, and Jacucci exterior, housing of 2 floors, 5 rooms, of 354 m2 built, located in the Urbanization Emporium Dorado, in the Dominican Republic. The House is rented as a whole accommodation, but according to the number of guests the rooms are delivered, that is, for each 2 guests a room corresponds, and, if for example 4 guests but want 4 rooms then they will have to pay as 8 guests so that so have the 4 rooms. The other rooms will be closed and the rest of the house at your disposal. The house is located in a very quiet and safe, with 24 hour security and is closed residential. Ideal home to spend a quiet holiday in Família, near the center of Santiago, and 45 minutes by car from Puerto Plata Beach. The house has air conditioning (Splits) in 2 rooms, currently. In the rest of the rooms you have fans. Sw all forms is a very cool house to have many windows. In the house you will receive Johanna and Dani, who are the 2 people that can help them with any topic that may arise during their stay, as well as the people they can also contact for anything. The house has wifi and tv smart tv. The house has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave.

It was very great spending my days at the house. I was very satisfied about everything especially the host. She was very caring and sweet. I was received all the services that I need on time. She is a hard worker and she did great. I don’t have any complaints. And honestly I’m looking forward to come back soon.
