Nestled in Mexico Beach, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful 2b2b Mexico Beach Condominium! Why rent a hotel room? You can have this spacious 2 bedroom (king bedroom suites) 2 attached baths (master with a garden tub) & Murphy Bed in the living room! Steps to the beach. Large covered balcony. Covered free parking. Carts/elevator make hauling in all your vacation supplies a breeze! If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful vacation look no further! This is it! HEATED POOL (2nd floor Nov-April) with a fabulous Oceanview, HOT TUB, and SAUNA! The unit is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need when vacationing from a washer/dryer, iron, iron board, steamer, blender, crock pot, full kitchen, portable crib, and free wifi. Free parking is located under the building and carts are also located by the elevator to help with luggage or groceries. Early check in or late check out available if cleaning time permits for a $50 fee per request due to high demand/requests. Please confirm same with owner ahead of time. Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, St. George's Island, Apalachicola are just down the road with additional shopping, fabulous restaurants, deep sea fishing, scalloping, and many other attractions. Shipwreck, Killer Seafood, and Mango Marleys are a must try! There is a Dollar General a few miles down the road for any last minute items you might need. There is a liquor store/bar at the east end of town called the Lookout Lounge. Parking area and marked parking spot (108) under the building right by the elevator with luggage carts available for the short trip up to the first floor. Additional parking for guests on the side of the building. Boats may be parked in the public parking lot right down the street at the Pier.

Great condo. Very clean and very cute. We all had a great time and I’m sure will be going back. The location was good and very close to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Property is very nice. Well taken care off and very clean. We went for the weekend and Unit is well decorated in relaxing colors which made for a nice and relaxing time, creating memories and playing games. It was a smooth process.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Property owner was very thorough with check in and out instructions and quick to respond when we first booked. No other communication was needed as the owner sent everything to my email the week of our stay. Couldn’t have went smoother! Highly recommend the Moyers condo for vacationing!!

Wonderful time. Only complaint was I do not believe the linens were washed as there was sand in the bed.

Wendy was great to work with! We came down a day later and when my car battery died due to the cold weather on Christmas Eve, Wendy offered for us to stay another night on her at no extra fee. She even offered to drive 30 minutes to jump start my battery!

The handle on the soaker tub was broken and the toilet kept running with each flush in the master bath. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great! Very comfortable with an easy walk to the beach. The complex was quiet and the beaches were spacious and not crowded with clear water and beautiful sand. My only complaints are that it took us a minute to find the Murphy bed, the bikes they have are pretty rusted and have flat tires, and most of the restaurants are in port st. Joe, the next town over, and there is a time change so we would have to go to dinner very early before everything closed which was a minor inconvenience with the location. But otherwise- I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great just wished it was on a higher floor to take advantage of the view. This one is on the first floor and so even though you get to see the beach it is not the best view just one floor up would have been perfect.

Needed a place to stay for a last minute fishing trip. My husband, son, and I fit very comfortably in the 2 bed 2 bath condo. Very clean and close to the beach. Just minutes away from the boat ramp. We will stay again.
