Located in Holualoa, this attractive condo for $135 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enjoy waking up to the tropical sounds of paradise. Nestled into the beautiful tropical trees is this perfect first floor, one bedroom, fully appointed condominium which is walking distance to Kailua Pier (start of the Iron Man) and downtown Kona. Enjoy the completely furnished kitchen, including microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, mixer and anything you would need to cook if you tire of all the wonderful local cuisine located close by. After a long day of swimming, surfing, boating or shopping, sit back and relax in air conditioned comfort and watch TV or catch up on your e-mails. Pack light if you want. You can wash clothes in the washer and dryer provided. Lots of DVD'S, games, books and things to do are waiting for you if you want to slow down after a day in the sun at the beach or at the pool on the property. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the lanai which offers of glimpse of the ocean and mountain views. Plenty of towels, sheets and beach towels on hand as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and extra card table and chairs.

The unit was very well equipped with everything that we needed or could have needed while away. The condo is centrally located within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The owner, Sam was very responsive.

The place was very convenient. It was clean. We did however had issues with cockroaches. It was crawling everywhere. I go to Hawaii to visit family all the time and this is the first time I stayed in an infested rental vacation home. You just not treated.

Overall is good and I will book this place again if I come back to Kona, just one thing if the owner/manager would like to make it to be a perfect place that is either change or deep clean the bedroom mattress, pillow, bedsheets and related stuffs, because for me it's a bit smelly. I've opened the bedroom window almost everyday from the morning until sunset for the smell to come out, it might help a bit but not completely. And also please provide more toilet paper if you can, one roll for 7-8 days stay is not enough.

We had stayed in this complex previously but in a different condo. The condo was well maintained and everything was clean and worked well. You get a little view from the balcony but the best part was the 5 minute walk to get to the north side of the Kona main strip. It was also only a few minutes to groceries and breakfast places.

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen supplies to cook meals. Location was l conveniently located - within easy walking distance of the beach and shops. The area seemed safe. The host, John, was quick to reply to our questions.

The appearance of the condo and amenities were adequate. The bedroom air conditioner remote didn't function correctly and the air conditioner was very noisy only using it at night when needed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was in need of cleaning. Previous tenants were not as careful washing dishes as they should have been.

This is a great place for a couple, easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped, and having a coffee on the little deck in the morning was nice. We recommend Sam's apartment. The pool looked nice too but we never got in. It's quiet, good parking and location for a starting point on the island.

What a wonderful place to stay! It’s close proximity to great views, great walks, and great foods made it so that we were always out and about. It’s also the perfect starting point to adventure out all over the island, whether visiting water falls, volcanoes or sea turtles, or just taking a drive to see the local history and vast ecosystem diversity. Sam’s place was clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed for an awesome time in Kona. We hope to be back - sooner than later. Mahalo nui loa!

The complex is well maintained, quiet, with pool/spa, bbq area and an individually assigned large parking space. The unit has an easy to walk short set of stairs leading to the door. Everything necessary, and beyond expectation, was supplied in the kitchen, bath, laundry, bedding, and for beach going . A handy binder of instructions, including tv, overhead fan, air conditioning use, and restaurant suggestions, is provided. A bookshelf with maps and tour-books is available. Night lights in kitchen and bath were appreciated, as was the outside security and safety lighting. The owner was quick to reply for any questions or concerns. This Is a very comfortable home away from home.
