The bathroom tub in the lagoon tower was a bit outdated. There is an orange ring around the drain. The water pressure and heat adjustment was difficult to maneuver. Sorry this response should have been for the next question.
I liked the entertainment in the property. Most of the staff members were super nice with the aloha spirit but there were a few that might not like their job.
The property is in a wonderful location. It is just the bed was not comfortable and the queen size bed seems more life a full size bed.

We had a great view of the water and the hillside behind us. It was misty and foggy, but very beautiful.
Check-in was pretty slow. There were only 2 people working and it seemed to be a long time standing.

Shower hot water was not working properly we had to change rooms. Wifi was poor. Really didn't like the fact that all drinks at the bar were served from plastic cups.
