Beautiful beautiful house!

Beautiful house with absolutely incredible view, very clean and well maintained. Wifi is super strong but The pool is the biggest highlight! Run by a lovely family always happy to help.

Great stay in paradise

Wonderful stay with Ivonne and family. Beautiful building and pool area (pics don't do the view justice). Room was comfortable and regularly cleaned. Short drive to Dickinson Bay, St Johns, or indeed just about anywhere and Ivonne was super helpful to provide shuttles when we didn't want to drive.

absolutely everything there was nothing to dislike. The location, staff, cleanliness and above all Ivonne and her Family what amazing hosts. If you get the opportunity to stay here you are in for an absolute treat.

Perfecto!

This is a family-owned property. The host Ivonne and her mother are so nice and are always helpful. Really appreciated! The room enjoys an excellent view of Dickinson Bay, which is my favorite.

Everything is perfect except the local WiFi is a little slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all.

Something Different

The location from the airport was easy and not far at all. On-site were mother and daughter, both were exceptional and available all the time. We had the one bedroom with pull-out bed couch, the apartment was clean with all amenities except ironing/board was not available in the apartment. The apartment was cleaned everyday. Grocery stores and beaches are close by; there is a near-by restaurant (The Chimney) nice ambiance and menu , (prices are reasonable) the food was excellent! The view from apartment patio/terrence is beautiful. The air-conditioning unit is in the bedroom, ceiling fans are in bedroom, kitchen and living room if you have one. The dining table is outside on the terrence overlooking the view. This was our first time renting an apartment which is different from a resort perspective, more personal.

No iron / board in apartment. Wash cloths were not given with towels, you might want to bring with you if you use them some, people don't.

The host is absolutely amazing and we high recommend this property over any resort stay!

The view was amazing! The hosts were wonderful. anytime I had a question or needed anything, the host would assist me immediately. We needed different pots to cook with and we were given more options. We received extra towels and even paper towels that we needed for cooking. The location is absolutely beautiful! The landscaping is amazing! We are already planning to stay at this property again!

This was by far the nicest property we have ever arranged with Booking.com and a great value.

Each room has a beautiful expansive view of Dickenson Bay. The property was immaculate and with comfortable outdoor furniture for enjoying the view. The host Ivonna met us upon arrival and was very welcoming and two more members of her family Luigi and Marina were equally welcoming. Ivonna left her contact information with us and responded right away to a request for one additional pillow. The well-stocked and modern Epicurian Grocery was a short drive away for our in apartment meal preparations.

Excellent stay, spotless, really recommend this accommodation - very good value for two couples.

Great to have Ivonne on hand to answer any questions. BBQ was great and shared with our neighbours - complete with some home grown veg which we loved. Ivonne organised taxis for us which was brilliant (used Clarence who we can recommend). Amazing outlook of salt pond and the sea - so do bring binoculars to see the pelicans diving. Ivonne very accommodating with early access to rooms on arrival and use later in the day before an evening flight home. Water and snacks very welcome on arrival. Ensuites for both rooms so great for two couples. Lovely walk to Dickinson Bay.

We asked for some sugar, salt and pepper as only had couple of nights before flying home which were provided freely to us upon request.

Feeling Home

The place is situated in a very strategic part of the island. Is very close to the airport (15min) there are also two massive supermarkets close to the property (5min) .The best beaches of the islands are located in the northwest and within (10-15min).The place is situated in a very quite area with a very beautiful and romantic view. Yvonne and her family are lovely people, they always take care of any situation but most important thing they make you feel home!! We were so happy and we recommend this place to anyone who want to spend time to Antigua.

Ivonne and her family made us feel very welcome during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was ideal for us. The apartment was regularly cleaned and fresh towels provided. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Antigua.

Excellent place in Antigua!

Lovely apartments in a really tranquil, zen place. The apartment was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Ivonne, the owner was very accommodating and helpful at all times! Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet stay/not a resort.

Spectacular place to wake up!

The location and view are amazing. Unbeatable! The hosts are great. Very friendly and welcoming. They brought us coffee at 6:00 AM. Really comfortable bed. super clean .

Ther kitchen setup could be better and there's no AC., but I think they're going too install a unit and upgrade the kitchen.
