Located in Marmora, this lovely condo for $338 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful 2nd floor condo is located in Ocean City's desirable/quiet Southend. This property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious floor plan, beautifully finished interior, vinyl siding, central air conditioning, gas heat, outside shower, off street parking and is located just a short 2 minute walk to Ocean City's famous southend beaches. Water view from the back deck. Easy access to the Haven Ave bike path. ****We rent to families and adults only***MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT****NO SENIOR WEEK RENTAL ***GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets, pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES. The following businesses are within walking distance from our house: Boyars Market (lunch) Sack O Subs (lunch & dinner) - they also have italian ice Mike's Seafood (lunch & dinner) - there is an ice cream/italian ice store attached to Mike's as well A La Mode Ice Cream (ice cream) Mallon's (coffee, sticky buns, donuts) Other info: There is an Acme & Wawa on 34th Street. There is also a Shop Rite/liquor store over the 34th St. bridge in Marmora, NJ. There is a playground with basketball courts/hockey rink at 52nd & Haven Ave. Enter and leave via bridges at (1) the very North tip of the island -this takes you to Longport and Atlantic City for the casinos, (2) Ninth street, to Somers Point for night life and restaurants, (3) 34th St, via the Garden State Parkway or (4) 55th Street, which takes you down the Ocean Drive through the shore towns to Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May.

Beautiful home close to the quiet South End Beaches and playground. Nice bike path behind the home as well. Great communication with the owner! Meg was always available if we needed her! Great home for families!

We enjoyed our stay in southern Ocean City. The condo was just a few blocks from the beach and walkable to a few take-away restaurants and ice-cream. The information center was also a just few blocks away making the purchase of beach tags convenient. Appreciated the off-street parking which was large enough for a full size SUV. The small shed and clothes line came in handy
The owner was pleasant and easy to reach as needed. She supplied us with needed information upfront
A few recommendation to improve the rating are: the mattress covers and chair covers were soiled and could use a good cleaning or replacement. The non-stick pans need replaced. The floors and baseboards were a little sandy/dusty when we arrived.
Overall was a nice place with a few minor recommendations

Our family of six had a great week at the beach. Condo was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beautiful beach front. Loved that the beaches on the South End seemed a little less crowded compared to up by the boardwalk. Lots of great places to grab lunch and dinner. Kids loved evening walks to A la Mode ice cream.

Cons: TV from the downstairs unit was so loud it made it difficult to hear the TV in this unit.

Great location with just a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped. The rooms were a good size and we loved the sunroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Spring Break Getaway
Sunny, clean and perfect for our family of five. Great location, steps to the beach and a short drive to downtown and the boardwalk. Communication with Meg was quick and helpful.

Great Stay at the Beach

Lovely long weekend
Our group of two couples had a great stay for an extended long weekend in August. Everything was spotless, which we especially appreciated during a COVID 19 summer. There was plenty of space to not feel on top of each other, but also spend time together. The walk to the beach was very quick— and the beach itself was lovely! We appreciated the beach chairs! We would not hesitate to stay again. Only improvements could be providing trash bags and some kitchen basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc.

What a delightfully cheerful, well appointed home. Everything we could have wanted to accommodate our group of 5, and walk to the beach! We will be coming back next year!!

Awesome Getaway!
First thing we noticed, walking thru the door was how clean the home was! Someone really took the time to make sure things were clean and neat. This house is charming and inviting, lots of sunshine in dinning room/sitting area. We had our own parking space, which was so convenient. House is short walk to beach. Two beach tags were included in rental, that was awesome!!!!

Great property and host
The house was perfect and super close to the beach. Easy check in with the lock box. Everything was super clean. Megan responded very quickly when we had a question. Also we left a charger behind and she kindly mailed it right back to us. Highly recommend staying her! Thank you Megan!

The house was perfectly clean, well maintained and had all the essentials. It aesthetically put you in the mood for the beach and relaxation. Family oriented area and very close walking distance to the beach. Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay. The location was just a couple blocks to the beach. Parking was easy- 1 space on the property and 1 on the street. Bedrooms were cheery.

The apartment was clean enough, comfortable and in a good location for a very nice beach and biking.
The arrangements went ok as we were very familiar with Ocean City and its culture. It may have been more difficult for us if we were less intiated as the contact and responsiveness of this methods of rental (VRBO) was very indirect. We get it as this was hAndled via internet and there needs to be protections for homeowner but if I had ‘t been to OC before I’d want to check in more directly, ie have. Local person to meet and greet me and make sure all was in place. In Fairness i will say the WIFi on the island, it being less than totally reliable, was a factor for us.
