Nestled in Princeville, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Hanalei Bay Resort, #3106 One-of-a-kind studio unit with a stunning view overlooking Hanalei Bay and beautiful Bali Hai. Located at Hanalei Bay Resort - 22 acres of Hawaiian paradise only minutes away from one of Hawaii’s most beautiful white sand beaches, Pua Poa. Our ground floor condo is fully air-conditioned and only steps from parking and the gorgeous resort pool. The space Hotel style studio. The living space includes a king bed, a lounge chair, a dresser, a table with two chairs, and a mini-kitchenette. There is a large bathroom with a closet and walk-in shower for two. There is a TV with cable, Wifi, and air conditioning. There is also a lounge chair and a table and chairs on the lanai. Things to note: The unit does not have a full kitchen but does include a mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. There are grills and microwaves in the resort common areas. There is also a laundry room with coin washing machines and dryers in the next building. Hanalei Bay Resort charges 2 fees that must be paid directly to them at the front desk. Upon check-in, you will be charged a one time registration fee of $50 and a resort/parking fee of $45+ tax a night per unit. This fee includes parking and allows access to all of the wonderful resort amenities, including the pools, hot tub, towels, beach shuttles if you don't feel like walking, fitness center, laundry room, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and more. Cancellation policy 100% refund for cancelations within 60 days. 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days, We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival unless we can rebook the unit. **We have an adjoining 1BR unit that you can also rent to accommodate a larger group or family! Wake up to a breathtaking view every morning. After a rain you can see all kinds of waterfalls. The property is perfectly located on the island to take in so many different scenes/spots. There is so much to do here and so much to see.

We had an amazing stay here. We woke up to a beautiful ocean view and hawaiian geese standing outside to say hello. At night, we watched the sunset over the ocean. The unit was well appointed with towels, high quality soaps and shampoos, beach gear (umbrella, snorkel equipment, beach bag, etc), the bed was comfy, and we always felt very safe. It was nice to be on the first floor (as opposed to a higher up floor) because we were able to enjoy the grassy area outside the unit and easily walk to and from our unit from outside. There wasn't a kitchen or microwave, but there were all other kitchen amenities like glassware, plates, bowls, utensils, plastic storage containers, coffee maker, etc. I was grateful that when I forgot some items upon checking out, the owner texted me asking if I was still around and could pick them up. The only thing that would have been nice to have is a vacuum since the floor got sandy after our beach days. They did have a broom, which worked, but a vacuum would have been preferred. Anyway, we absolutely loved our first stay in Kauai and are so glad we chose to stay in Princeville and at this VRBO! Would highly highly recommend it!

I have stayed in quite a few "lock offs" at Hanalei Bay Resort and this one was my favorite by far. I loved this ground floor unit in Guava, so close to parking and the main pool, yet very private and quiet with a fabulous view. The Nene and chickens parade by daily. The lanai not only has a table and two chairs but also a very comfortable lounge chair. Inside there is also a chaise for reading or relaxing. The kitchenette is stocked extremely well. I lacked for nothing. The manager was very helpful and friendly. I'll stay again for sure.

My husband and I had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. There were a few days that guests stayed in the adjoining room next door and it did get a little loud at times, but for long and not at an unreasonable hour. The view from the lanai is better than the picture! We would love to come back again.

Beautiful little place in a stunning location. Resort grounds were perfect with spectacular views. Staff were very friendly. Host was very responsive and we really appreciated the amenities available including beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying at the Hanalei Bay resort as it is the perfect location in Kauai. Can’t wait to go back!

The view is incredible and the resort was wonderful from the service, the pool and the private beach access. Our only complaint if you even call it one is that it would be awesome if the owners would put a microwave in. There is no ability to cook food at the room unless you go and use the resort grill. It’s just a little funky doing your dishes in the bathroom sink since that’s the only water source as well. We ended up eating out a lot due to this which was to be expected I suppose. We would absolutely return with a better food plan for cooking on the grills or budgeting for meals out!

We wish we would have booked for a longer stay. The resort is what you expect Hawaii to be. Friendly staff, amazing wood carvings, beautiful landscapes and pool. The room was the perfect size for 2. We saw sunsets, rainbows, and breathtaking mountains from our porch. We had one maintenance issue that the caretaker and owners worked to remedy as fast as they could during the Memorial Day holiday. The on-site restaurant, Happy Talk, was a big hit with us too.

Great location, but after that, we found the actual unit to be dirty on arrival, the unit is rundown and in need of repair and it needs much better offerings from a dish perspective. Pretty sure the owner and manager don't care given they likely rent the space regardless of what shape the unit is in...Won't stay here again...Absolutely no welcome or thank you from anyone...Will stay elsewhere on our next visit!

Loved the view! Property was very well maintained, and room was a decent size. Parking fee was $10/day, but that didn't mean you were guaranteed a spot! There is also an additional resort fee you are charged upon check-in that I don't think was included in amenities, so just a heads up. Restaurant on site was very good.

This rental had the most spectacular views of Hanalei Bay. We woke up to a beautiful double rainbow over the bay one early morning! Check in was a very easy process and everyone was so friendly. The resort was beautiful. The bathroom was very spacious and I loved how big the shower was. The only complaint I had was that the drapes were very dirty and had black spots on them and need to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that the room was clean and we were very please with the location.

Views were great. Property a bit worn, broken tiles on lanai. A microwave was needed. Only one restaurant that was full, other hadnt been open in 11 years. Nice walk to beach. Resort fee for basically a pool and jacuzzi, unless tennis was your thing. No service at pool. No store on property. Very friendly staff, well manicured

We loved this spot! It was very clean and it smelt amazing. The coffee station was a lifesaver and the fire pit was fun to hang out around at night. Everything was great, from the bedrooms to the back yard. Would 100% book again.

This is a very nice, comfortable and clean condo. Guava is one of the better buildings, next to the parking lot, near the pool and Happy Talk, and better views than most. The porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the view: you’re up a ways on the hill with a decent slice of a view of the waves and surfers out from Hanalei, and the mountains, beaches and ocean in the distance, and a beautiful sunset if it’s not cloudy. The kitchenette is very functional: minifridge, counter space, cupboard, dishes, silverware, toaster and coffee maker (no microwave or toaster oven), so we ate all of our breakfasts on the porch and made lunches every day (ate out or got take out for dinner). When we were there, there were 2 beach chairs, some snorkels and masks (but fins for kids only) and a beach umbrella; this may vary when you’re there. There’s a big portable fan and the AC worked fine (we only used it for sleeping).
