Alex the landlord, is very friendly og very serviceminded. He is living next door to the apartment and if one has any questions or need help, he is there within 5 min. to solve the problem.
The pool is very good. From the pool you have seaview of the Mediterranean and you can use the pool 24/7. We even had it for ourself all the time.
Using the Air Condition is making hell of a noise outside the bedrooms - You can solve the problem by using standard earplugs - Can be bought in the Pharmacy just around the corner from the apartment.

What to say except everything as You can just dream of it.
The hosts are wonderful persons and big professionals , always awailable for anything you may need, wonderful corner of paradise. This island is magic , if you respect it and breath it with full lungs, it will give you back much much more that you can imagine.

The area is outside of the beachsise hotels' streets in a more residential, calmer area. The beach, most of the restaurants, shops are only 15 min by very slow walk. Alex was very welcoming, showed us everything and was very clear. We enjoyed the apartman, it was a wonderful place to spend our holiday. We had no issue. I have already recommended the place to my colleagues at work and I would recommend it to anyone.
The key was a bit inconvinient when arriving home late: we first needed to close the door in the dark, because we needed to use the same keychain for the lighting. I understand the purpose, so lighting can be left light up, but there is a big difference between using it during the day and night.

I am personnaly didn't like the mattress, but it suits for my wife.

We were with my family in the Alex Residence apartments and were very satisfied. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need down to the smallest detail, we really liked the hotel and its location right in the center. And the most important thing is its owner, a very responsive person who helped us in all requests, gave us many wonderful locations for a wonderful pastime. Highly recommended, our highest ratings and many thanks. We will definitely return again.

Amazing holiday, support and service from Alex the host!! He helped us arrange taxis for aeroport and was there for any other questions.
House had clean sheets and towels, kitchen has all utensils, plates etc. Liked the double beds in both rooms. It had hot water for shower. Location is great, close to beach, town centre and airport. Hope to come back :) Thanks Alex!
Everything was great, our stay was end April- begining of May so water in the pool was still cold, not heated :(

The apatment is located in a quiet street, a 15 minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes from Larnaca Castle and center of town. A largen supermarket is 10 minutes from the apartment.
It is fully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything one can think of !
Alex, the owner gave us full information a day before our arrival, took care of a taxi from and to the airport and waited for us to give us the keys and lead us into the apartment.
The swimming pool on the roof is a real treat ! We could swim and sit on the roof terrace with no interruption.
Furthermore, it took Alex 15 minutes to replace an electric kettle which didn't work.
I warmly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to feel at home, away from home !
Washing powder for the washing machine would be nice to have.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The living area felt spacious with a very large balcony that gets the afternoon sun. Roof terrace with pool was lovely with amazing views. Alex's recommendations for places to eat etc were brilliant. He was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way for us. The location was perfect for us just out of town but only 10 mins to beach.
We travelled with a 1 year old and had to block off the stairs for her, and there was a gap in the balcony.

The owner was really kind, overall the apartment was comfortable and suited our needs for a short term stay in Larnaca.
The wifi was not working properly, the calling in one of the rooms was wet and it seemed like it was gonna fall any minute now. We also had difficulties with hot water, didn’t always work as it should.

Attentive, empathetic, organized.
Alex did the impossible. He organized products for us. Took into account all our requests. And he didn't take the money for it.

Dirty toilets. The smell is not pleasant. We lived in 102 apartments.
The mattress is old.
On the mattress put on top of part of the foam. Sleeping is uncomfortable.

Alex is an excellent host, we could contact him anytime with all our questions. He already sent a lot of information up front as well.
The apartment is very nice, with a big terrace as well. Excellent shower.
Perhaps not the most modern but can't compare with other Cypriot apartments.

The flat is big enough for 4, nicely located about 10 min walk away from the center and the beach. It's a nice modern building with really enjoyable pool on the roof. The two bedrooms are spacious. I liked the pillows, there were lots of them. The air conditioners were a bit noisy, but doing their job. The owner is very friendly, priveded lots of useful information and recommendations about restaurants, places to visit, etc. Even made some bookings for us. I would recommend this place!
There was no shower gel. A coffee machine would be a good asset.

This is just nit picking. But please change the keyring on the keys. I hurt myself so may times as the little wires are all frayed. They stick into your fingers like needles.

Alex welcomed us on the day of arrival with warmth, explained to us all the measures of the apartment. The apartment was very clean, disinfected and cozy. The pool on the roof was clean, the rooms were tidy and welcoming.
Everything was over our expectations. Will definitely visit on my next trip and I definitely recommend it.

Just excellent. I can easily put 11 out of 10 points)
Duplex apartment, clean, spacious and sunny. Located almost in the heart of Larnaca, close to the Finikoudes beach, ancient Kition and Panagia Chrisopolitissa. The apartments have absolutely everything you need for a short or long stay. Located on a quiet small street in the LOFT building. On the first floor there is a living room and a kitchen and two bedrooms on the second floor, which you can get by a pretty (but rather narrow) spiral staircase.
The apartments have large open balcony, you can easily accommodate a company of 3-5 people with a bottle of Commandoria.
I would like to say separately about the owner of the apartment, Alex is one of the most kind and charming people which I have seen in my life. Always in touch, always ready to help, give recommendations and useful advice. Always smiling and optimistic. It was a real pleasure to meet him and his family.
The building is stylish and conveniently designed, on the roof there is a nice swimming pool with sun loungers. Magnificent circular view of Larnaca and great sunsets are a nice bonus to your vacation.
Notes for Cyprus food fans - if you like souvlaki and gyros, be sure to go to the two establishments that are nearby - Souvlakia Lakis Larnaca (Kyriakou Matsi) and Gyros (Ioannou Gladstonos 19). Inexpensive, fast and very tasty and authentic.
Cyprus is a great place for new experiences, and Alex's apartments are probably one of the best places in Cyprus.

Alex was so helpful and always responsive for whatever question we might have. He organized our trip from the airport to the residence with a taxi, he provided detailed information related to restaurants and places to visits - he was like a guide :-). The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped - I appreciated the new fry pan, new sponge, bottle of fresh water (at the arrival)- little things that make a difference. We had AC in every room. The pool on the roof was clean, we could use it with no hour restriction. The beach is 10 minutes walk. If we come back to Larnaca, we will surely make the same choice - Alex residence !

Alex was a great help, showing us around the property and also providing lots of information. It’s great having the ability to cook and relax. There was lots of crockery and cooking utensils... the location was also great as you are residential but it’s easy to get to the beach and supermarket
Nothing major but trying to get round one of the beds was a challenge.. it was also a little chilly in an evening but we did go out of season so it was expected
