Basic but very clean
No mirrors in bedrooms, two pin plugs on appliances although when told owner said adaptors in draw there were none. Sockets in bedroom didn't work and hot water ran out on 2nd day and water boost heater didn't work so cold showers.

It was close to the beach and all the important stores. The host was super nice and helpful, whenever we needed something we were always helped on time. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Location is ideal! It's less then 5 minutes away from the beach and surrounded by lots of very nice cafés, bars and restaurants.
Apartment is spacious and has A/C in the living area and in the bedroom (A/C is really a must!)
The common areas of the building were not so nicely maintained. Stairs were always a bit dusty and dirty and there was a refrigerator on the hall of our floor. Not a super big deal but nor ideal.
