Comfortable apartment 2 steps away from the beach, and everything you need in Finikoudes.
Andreas was available for us at all times, and he helped us with whatever was needed.
We were very happy with our stay!

The overall experience was very positive. The accommodation has a good location, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Everything shown in the photos corresponds to reality. The apartment has a fresh and pleasant renovation, the bed was comfortable, and the bed linen was perfect.
The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay, although having a microwave would be a useful addition. Regarding the balcony, unfortunately, the door was locked and there was no access to it, but this did not affect the quality of our stay. As for the view from the windows, there is no particular view, but the owner did not advertise one in the listing, so this was not an issue.

Communications prior to the visit were very good. The main bedroom was nice and had an ensuite shower. Location is excellent and the flat was clean. Decor is modern.
I think the reviews and photos on booking.com are misleading. It's a very small space which is ok for four people at bedtime but not much space if you all want to sit in the living room etc together.
The electricity was not working when we arrived but the host came up and sorted it out quite quickly. The stairs up to the flat are narrow and dark, the lighting did not work and that made it difficult when getting up and down at night for our elderly guests who are in their late 70s. There is no aircon in the living room or kitchen area so the bedroom doors have to be left open which means that people in the bedrooms can't have their privacy. There was a slow leak from the toilet and the bathroom smelled damp and musty. There are two showers but you can only use one at a time as the water pressure drops and the hot water doesn't flow. Ceiling paint peeling the second bedroom.
The booking information said there was a courtyard view but actually there was very little to see as the living room window overlooked an alleyway and was just a few feet away from the building opposite so the blinds had to be kept down. The view from the kitchen which I'm assuming is the area that they referred to as the courtyard was not anything but there was a balcony of sorts however that door was locked and there was no access.
Overall, it was difficult as there was nowhere nice for for our elderly guests to sit and stay at home which meant we had to find somewhere for them to be outside all day. I would not book this place again.
