I arrived late but the check in instructions were very clear. Clean and tidy apartment, comfy beds and good aircon in bedrooms. It's basic but just what you need as a base when you're out and about. Tea and coffee was provided and they even had decaff which is something you rarely find. Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Not the hotel's fault but there were street works happening on the street below and they started working at about 7.45 on a Saturday morning. Also, living room aircon was not very effective.

Good location, enough room
The photos are way nicer than what it actually looks like in real life. The apartments are not bad, but definitely not as nice as they look in the photos

The apartment is well location next to the beach, and 5-7 minutes walk from Larnaca's marina. The apartment was very clean and everything was as promised. The host we met was wonderful and very helpful. I really recommend it for people who are looking for a comfortable stay next to the marina.
Everything was well, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but that's all.

Didn’t look like the pictures. Smelled a bit like an ashtray inside.
