It was big

Not so clean, a lot of mould in the bathroom, musty smell in the room. Close to a street filled with traffic and a construction site.

Everything was perfect: the location (only a 4-minute walk to the beach, with everything you need within walking distance), cleanliness/cleaning service, large room with enough space and kitchen, friendly staff, 24/7 reception, etc. It was definitely worth more than we paid

I liked the location—close to the beach. I appreciated the reception staff—especially Maria, who was attentive and kind, trying to ensure we had a pleasant stay despite the unpleasant issue with the housekeeping. A positive aspect the bed linen was changed every four days.

I didn't like the noise - there was renovation work going on at a hotel near where I stayed. I was not happy with the way the cleaning was done - grease marks were left on the floor; I don't know what cleaning solution was used.—I I didn't like it specifically the attitude of a cleaner named Aida, who was rude and raised her voice at me when I pointed out that she wasn't mopping the bathroom and kitchen floors; this happened twice during my eight-day stay. At first, she refused to change our towels, claiming they aren't changed daily. After making a call—presumably to reception—she changed them, then closed the door and left the room without mopping the floor. I went after her to ask her to clean the floor, and she told me she hadn't mopped because I had closed the door. The second time, she only took the towels and the trash, without mopping or vacuuming. I went after her again to ask her to finish cleaning, and she started yelling at me, claiming my daughter hadn't told her to mop the floor. She also started spraying a substance in the kitchen to deal with the ants, even though we were still in the apartment. Nowhere I have been abroad have I encountered such a rude person among the cleaning staff. There were ants on the floor, and they were even making their way into the room and onto the bed. The towels were worn and stained, the hairdryer was plugged into the desk outlet in the room but didn't work, and we didn't have a mop to wipe up the water that pooled around the toilet in the bathroom after taking a shower. The bathroom lacked a coat hook, the window opened only slightly—leaving the room constantly steamy—and there was no towel holder by the sink. The chairs and the sofa were stained and didn't invite you to sit directly on them.
