Everything as expected, except for comments below
Only Air Con in bedroom was enabled. Toilet bowl didn't seem to be anchored to the floor. Wi-Fi was slow

The location near the beach and the view from the 5th floor of the sea.
Pretty spacious apartment
Unfortunately, there was a holiday the night we stayed, and a concert held near the hotel kept us awake until 1 a.m.
The kitchen facilities were pretty useless

I needed just to stay a night between flights in Larnaca. And arrived in the black of the night. But I was very surprised and happy to discover I have a large terrace - really large with a stunning view onto the sea. I should mention I was staying in the 7th floor.
Well, it is appartment. Safe-box had an issue that surely can be resolved in no time, but I was there only for one night, so I left it as it was. Should I be staying for a proper vacation, i would be more picky about cleanliness. It was bit rough in that regard. But for a single night and for that price and with that stunning view onto the sea - I am more than satisfied.
