We loved our stay in Bol. The apartment was beautiful and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. In particular we appreciated being able to use the apartments mountain bikes. We had been planning to rent some, so this was a good saving for us and the bikes were in good condition. Would definitely recommend going for a cycle and swim in the area. The apartment was the perfect base and we wished we had been able to stay longer.

The dislikes are not related to the property ,but the beach are not closed to the property and you need to walk and the best beach needs a car .

Good location. Excellent hosts, really good communication and nice family. Modern style good size apartment with two bedrooms and two bath rooms. Immaculately clean. Very good kitchen and all the facilities you could need. Large balcony with great size table and nice seats. Dishwasher and clothes washing facilities. Supermarket 100 yards away. Zlatni Rat beach 15mins downhill walk. Short walk into town centre.
Would stay with these hosts again without any hesitation. You get everything that is offered - superb stay. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is new, fully equipped, clean and with a spacious balcony with a sea view.
A good starting point for going to the old town or Zlatni rat beach. The owners were very nice, helping with some local recommendations and offering fresh towels every 3 days. We felt very welcomed and would definitely go back again.

Maja and Igor were excellent hosts. The flat is very clean, newly decorated and you have everything you need.

Looks exactly the same as it does in the photos. Modern, fresh and contemporary feel to the place as only opened within last 3 years. Very friendly host Maja and her family live in the lower floor of this block. Incredibly helpful and allowed us to enter flat early after ferry. Kind gift of juice and water upon arrival.
Very spacious apartment, toilet and sink ensuite plus larger bathroom with shower and washing machine. Amazing terrace with table/chairs and comfy seats with sea view. Quiet neighbourhood with parking. We would love to stay again when return to Brac.
Definitely recommend you get out of Bol if you can and explore other towns & beaches, as a gorgeous quiet island.
Not a problem for us at all, but about 10 mins walk back up slight hill from Bol centre which could be an issue if mobility problems.
Lots of building plots near this apartment. Not an issue for us as no one working on them. Could be an issue if stayed whilst building work going on and hope it doesn't spoil the view once built.

The apartment was lovely, well appointed and clean. It was conveniently located roughly halfway between the old town and the picture card beach. Hosts were very accommodating and extremely helpful.

Maja is amazing host, she replies immediately to any questions, making us feel like we were at home. Apartment was very clean and spacious. For families with small Child: there is feeding chair and bed for little ones. You can also borrow sun umbrella and bikes. If next time in Croatia, we will definetely consider to come back here 🙂
- wifi - was quite slow and frequently disconnecting - for those who consider working from there
- electric socket in bathroom was not properly installed - cables outside of socket, a little bit dangerous
- one socket in living room, when I wanted to plug in laptop charger, was switching off electricity in whole apartment

exactly like the photos on booking. there are also 2 toilets. clean and you have what you needed for stay. really close to everything. the host is so friendly. As we arrived late she even arranged a restaurant for us. and also really really helpful and the towels change every 2 days.
the shower sink let the water flow through quite slowly and it creates a small water basin.

Maja and Igor were super nice hosts. They picked us up by car from the harbour. Maja gave us recommendations for restaurants in Bol. Communication with her via Booking and WhatsApp was easy. The appartment was exactly like on the photos. We liked the modern and functional furniture and equipment. There was enough washing mashine tabs, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, towels etc. Two very good bikes were included in the rent. When we had technical problems with one of the bikes, it was repared within a short time.
The drain in the shower did not work very well and was a bit blocked. Otherwise, there is really nothing to complain about. We would recommend the accommodation to others.

Excellent apartment! My family really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with stunning view from terrace. Evrything you could possible need was available. It's highly recommended! Special thanks to the owners, they were really kind and supportive.

We loved every single minute in this location, Maja was super kind to us from the first to the last moment. She didn't measured efforts to improve our stay, by the arrival we were welcomed with some refreshments and other utilities. We were able to get to know the island with her bikes (which happened to be available, we were not counting on it), the apartment was very comfortable and has a stunning view. We could even wash some of our clothes which was great because we were on the road for almost a week.
We really felt like home and we can't wait to go there back again.

Maja is a lovely, helpful hostess, everything is new, aesthetic, extremely clean, comfortable. Unexpectedly, she offered to use bicycles for free. Towels are changed every 3 days, additional coffee is provided. Amazing sea view from the balcony!!! We will definitely be back!

1 air conditioner was not enough for the whole apartment, it was too hot to sleep at 30 degrees.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, and especially appreciated the exceptionally kind hosts and the large balcony which had a great view. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and we slept well. Air conditioning worked really well and did not make us parched. Apartment was clean and fresh. We truly appreciated our stay here!
The location is within Bol, but fairly high up the hill, which means that getting down to the beach or town can be a bit of an expedition if you are family with young children.
The dinner table is on the balcony. If you want to sit and eat inside (as when the weather was very hot during our stay) there is only the sofa and the small sofa table.
Neither of these problems was a great hinder to us, and as we said above we loved our stay!

Maja is a great host. There were small details that we loved that made our stay so pleasure, like the fresh towels and coffee at every three day at our door. Some essencial groceries (salt, olive oil, vinager) already there, dishwasher and washing machine soap, the beach towels (the best that we had ever) and so on. The apartment is great, the cleaning was spotless. Everything was perfect.

Lovely new appartment on the outskirts of Bol. Very clean, new towels provided regularly and a very nice balcony. Maja is a very welcoming host too. We felt very relaxed in the apartment during our stay.
Just a very small thing - but a parasol to take to the beach would be a welcome addition. But the apartment was well equipped otherwise.

Clean, modern apartment. Lots of space, great balcony with sea view. Maja is very kind, accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. Picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back.
It’s on a hill, away from the town centre. Which we knew so no problem and we had electric bikes anyway. There’s a supermarket round the corner, but the main facilities are nearer the sea front. But really nothing to complain about. We had a great time.

The accommodation is amazing! It is brand new, very spacious, comfortable and has everything you would need. The apartment was sparkling clean, the balcony is wonderful, there is free parking and a nice backyard with sitting area. The location is also excellent, near the centre of Bol and a nice 20 minute walk to Zlatni rat beach.
Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay in Brac even better. Thanks for everything, we hope to come back!

.v.good location, We toured the whole island and couldn't find a better accommodation in terms of town, beach, restaurants, shops etc. A small town full of life. The apartment is completely new, with all amenities, from a double toilet, a large TV with WIFI, a large sofa, a kitchenette and ... a huge and fantastic balcony with a nice view. We stayed on the first floor and there was a really nice view of the sea and the island of Hvar.
The owners are very nice people, they live next door and are helpful in every matter. As for the beach, we believe that they are the most beautiful on the whole island. There is a large beach with lots of holidaymakers, but a little further away there are small bays where you can sunbathe in total isolation. Cool place for families, couples and singles. We definitely recommend it.

Really nice appartment close to the beach and the center of Bol. A grocery store and some nice restaurants are also very close by. The flat is brand new and very well equiped with a spaceous balcony with a nice view to the sea. The host was very kind and helpful. We have very much enjoyed our stay here and hope to return someday. This appartment is highly recommended!
