LIMITED 2024 WEEKS OPEN: JULY 14-21; JULY 21-28; AUGUST 18-25; AUGUST 25-SEPT 1 New dishwasher, new microwave, new bedding, new walk-in tiled shower in en-suite double queen bedroom. Air purification system was added in October 2023 for your comfort. For those looking to do remote work, a new leather office chair and desk is located in the master bedroom. The oceanfront, panoramic views in this condo will take your breath away as you walk through the front door! HOA does not allow pets. The welcoming foyer is stylish white wainscoting and serene blue-grey wall color to create a feeling of relaxation. Make yourself at home with 3 newly appointed bedrooms which sleeps 10 (King, 4 Queens) and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom boosts a new smart TV and DVD player, for when you need a break from the pools or beach. The open floor plan allows the perfect opportunity for family to spend time seamlessly in the kitchen, dining and living rooms areas. The fully equipped kitchen has all new white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel deep sink, new plumbing, a new GE side-by-side refrigerator with automatic ice and water dispenser and a new built-in microwave. The breakfast bar provides seating for three and the dining area seating for six more. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig for K-cups, an automatic coffee maker and all of the small appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. We also provide many spices and staple kitchen items for preparing a great home-cooked meal at the beach. Our spacious and comfortable living room boasts comfy furniture, whether you choose to relax on a leather recliner, sofa or loveseat. Your morning coffee will taste better watching beautiful sunrises and dolphins from our 7th floor, furnished, 26-foot balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The condo offers a direct oceanfront view and access with large balconies off the living room and master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. To make packing for your beach vacation easier, we also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys AND a beach wagon for 2024. Just pack your own beach towels and you are ready to enjoy the beautifully maintained Crescent Beach sands and surf waiting for you. Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd., the Crescent Shores Condominium complex offers a fantastic view of the South Carolina Coast, has a 200-foot lazy river, a 110-foot oceanfront pool, two oversized hot tubs, 1 foot kiddie pool, indoor pool and an onsite Fitness room. The indoor pool is heated in the winter months for your vacation pleasure. The rental comes with two parking passes. The parking garage height is 6 feet 4 inches which will accommodate most vehicles. We chose Crescent Shores because we wanted to be right on the beach and keep the condo in our family. We've been coming to the beach for years when my father initially owned the condo. We love waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline and sipping our coffee in the morning, Watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine in hand is just heavenly too! We also have a fabulous local family owned business that assists us with a local check-in/check-out process, concierge services and most importantly maintenance issue resolution should the need arise. We are truly blessed to share our second home with you! We took great pride and attention to detail in renovating our condo as well as providing a fully stocked kitchen are included to make your stay as memorable as ever. We hope you love it as much as we do! Please note that the Crescent Shores community is a NO SMOKING facility which includes condo balconies and pool areas. Also, NO pets allowed.

Our family had a super fantastic time. The condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had a wonderful view. The kitchen was well stocked for all types of cooking. There was a plethora of beach of items to use which made it extra nice. Check in and out process was easy and the management group were friendly and easy to contact. We will definitely book again. A beautiful condo…very well appointed with all the expected amenities…highly recommend for your stay in North Myrtle Beach. Tyrone was very responsive with regards to shower issue and we appreciated your gesture for the minor inconvenience. Eileen was terrific in her communication with us with regards to questions about the condo prior to our check in.

Everything and everyone was wonderful! I have never used VRBO before, so I was a little nervous. It was an extremely easy process. This was the best vacation rental! It felt like home and everything was there. I’ve never seen a condo so well stocked! The property manager, Tyrone, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and was available anytime I needed something. The condo was also great for my mom who requires a walker and/or a wheelchair. There were also several really nice beach chairs and umbrellas. It was truly a wonderful place to stay!

We just checked out and are sad to leave this beautiful place. Location was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach. All bedrooms were large and bathrooms were beautifully done. SO CLEAN!! We have stayed at many rentals and large houses—this condo has to be one of the cleanest and most well equipped places we’ve even been in. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even Cuisinart knives! We will definitely be back.

Eileen's condo was perfect and the description was 100% accurate. Communication with Eileen and the VRBO staff was very pleasant and helpful!!! We were down for a softball tournament and it was lovely to have a clean, beautiful place to come back to and enjoy listening and looking at the ocean each night. Will definitely be back!!

We loved this condo. It was exactly as described. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook. The master bath shower is wonderful! Beautiful view from the balcony. The storage room has every type of beach chair you could need. We loved being able to walk across the street to Mr. G’s for ice cream with the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

She sat in one chair for many hours and we did put cushions on chair to make her comfortable. Loved all the silverware are kitchen area. The last day we had a dishwasher and sink issue, so called # and it was not fixed until the morning we were leaving and it was rough getting out across to the other building on a Sunday by 10. Checking out on Sunday with family who sick and disabled was very hard! Saturday was hard to get out of condo to go anywhere due to so many people arriving and it held up our last day! We overall enjoyed the condo and our vacation! We thank you and enjoyed our trip and we’ll always remember your condo sitting enjoying the view with my mother in law and my kids will never forget this trip with her. I pray we can all go back next year and her cancer will be in remission! We really enjoyed our trip wish we rented for another week! Take care and thank you so much!!!

FAMILY AT THE BEACH
This condo is all that is shown in the photos and more. The balcony view of the ocean is gorgeous, the condo was generously stocked with everything we needed to cook in and enjoy the beach, the location is far enough away from the boardwalk that we had peace and quiet when we wanted it yet it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to see and to do. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Annual Memorial Day Beach Trip
Eileen’s condo did not disappoint! It truly felt like we were staying at a relative’s home. The condo is beautiful, with an even prettier view out on the balcony. Absolutely every detail has been thought out, everything is fresh and clean, comfortable beds, a living room full of furniture making it comfortable for everyone to sit together, a completely stocked kitchen, hand soap at every sink, even a pantry with paper plates and baggies! One suggestion for the bedrooms would be a luggage stand, and that’s only because we didn’t use the dressers. Our family has stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this condo by far blows the others away! Eileen and Tyrone even make sure the fridge has your favorite drinks cold and ready for your arrival! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with my family, we can’t wait to come back next Memorial Day.

Crescent Beach was wonderful! It’s a ocean front condo that allows you to see all the way up the coast both ways! The condo was clean and spacious with lots of amenities! The condo decor was beautifully arranged. We will definitely be back! This property was everything you could ask for with every essential necessity that you could need. Eileen was easy to contact although we didn’t need to contact her throughout our stay we couldn’t have asked for a more caring and awesome host! I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 10/10 recommend.

Crescent Beach was wonderful! It’s a ocean front condo that allows you to see all the way up the coast both ways! The condo was clean and spacious with lots of amenities! Working Get Away
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this spacious beach condo. I was there for 2 weeks and enjoyed walking on the beach every morning to see the sunrise and putting my toes in the sand between online meetings. The condo is very spacious and clean - it is exactly as pictured which is wonderful. The view is fantastic. I wish the entire building was smoke free but understand that is not within the owners control. The check-in and check-out process was great. We also enjoyed the drinks that were provided - that is a nice touch for sure! I was grateful to have this space to enjoy a beach view for a few weeks and clear my head a little.

Girls Trip
We cannot say enough about this wonderful condo! There were 6 of us women. Ages 32-65. We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect for us! 7th floor, elevator opens and unit is right there. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with all necessities. The views are stunning from the large balcony. Check in and our was simple and fast. Bob was a wonderful condo host! He checked in on us on our trip down, and checked in with us during the week if everything was going good! One of the best features was Bob having our favorite beverages ready, cold and waiting for us upon arrival! We would highly recommend this unit! I will definitely book it again on our next trip to N Mytle Beach!

2020 Summer Vacation
The property was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen and utility closet were well stocked. We were there during a pandemic and hurricane :-) We were thankful for the TVs and WIFY, everything was perfect.

Can't say enough about this property and the owners very generous welcome gifts. When my wife and I arrived we had our adult beverages of choice for the beach during our stay. Very thoughtful! Great condo for a family
This property was a great location and had plenty amenities. Booking process was super easy and simple. My only small complaint was that we didn’t feel that the condo was cleaned super well. The condo itself was great!
