It is a good experience.

Its so close to the beach

That you have to pay for parking. The apartment has its parking space for one car but you have to pay for it. At least one car slot should be part of the accommodation for free. If you have more cars then you can pay for the other cars.

We had a great time at a great apartment and would rent there again.

The apartment was very comfortable and all the necessities were taken into consideration. The location was great. Nice bonus was the pool.

There was no fan in the bathroom.

couch is a rock. there should be a chair in the room and there are little things that need fixing. coffee table and the bunk beds

Decent stay- I would consider this location in the future but am also going to explore other options.

The location to the boardwalk and beach was the best. Having the beach tag included with our stay was also a huge plus. The rooms were very nice and had enough space for our whole group.

The check in/out is off putting. When leaving there was no one at the check in location so we had to go back to the rental to leave the beach tags. The pool access at the “sister site” would be a two star rating and not well maintained. I was also disappointed upon arrival to find out that there was no washer and dryer in the unit- we were told after check in we would need to go to the “sister hotel” and use their laundry services.

we had a great time but a bit disappointed in the apartment

the location was great, loved the bathroom and big screen tvs. the outside porch was wonderful

this was our yearly mother/daughter/granddaughters (2 teenagers) trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. the online pictures of the apartment were spot on although once there, I did not have a warm welcome feeling. so many white walls and not enough comfortable seating. while this apartment was big enough for the four of us, I cannot see how 12 people could be comfortable staying there. I think this place would benefit by a few wall decorations and some curtains on the kitchen window for privacy. for the price of a three night stay, I think the “cleaning fee” and the charge for parking should be included in the total price. we had a wonderful time celebrating and plan to visit again but not sure if I will book this apartment again.

Wonderful and enjoyable

Parking for those staying in beach house if capacity is 12 people need to be able to Parkin the lot when it is not full even if people have to pay for additional parking my son had to park several blocks away otherwise everything else was fine

We came back already

This was our first trip in a couple of years. We eere pleasantly surprised to find a place that was so very clean, new and close to the beach. Rebecca was very helpful
