CITTA' MERAVIGLIOSA, LA STRUTTURA POTREBBE FARE MOLTO DI PIU'

Senza dubbio la Posizione è favorevole ad ogni tipo di spostamento, trovando nelle immediate vicinanze del corso principale di Pescara, e quasi di fronte la stazione ferroviaria, nonchè a 500/600 metri dalla spiaggia. La casa è spaziosa, in quanto ha una bella living room, con un bel balconcino che da sul corso, ha una stanza per i ragazzi molto spaziosa e con due letti alla francese, il che costituisce una grande comodità per loro. Il bagno, grande e pulito come le stanze, dotate di tutto, lenzuola, federe e cuscini. Apprezzabile la silenziosità durante la notte, nonostante l'estrema vicinanza al centro, che avrebbre presagito come minimo un brusìo notturno, nulla di tutto ciò. Abbiamo apprezzato in fine, la simpatia e la disponibilità della persona che ci ha portato le chiavi, rivisiterei però la struttura SOLO se apportassero un buon ammodernamento.

Purtroppo ci sono delle cose che non ci sono piaciute, ed è giusto elencarle, affinchè le persone sappiano cosa NON troveranno, e cosa invece i proprietari dovrebbero inserire in un contesto come quello di una struttura ricettiva. Anzitutto, rivedrei il sistema di luci dell'appartamento, che al bagno presenta una luce neutra, mentre l'ambiente delle camere ha luci calde, e quello della living room è di luci fredde, il che è abbastanza fastidioso, sarebbe meglio una certa uniformità. I clienti che visitano la struttura NON troveranno una connessione WI-FI, pazzesco, siamo nel 2023, non esiste. Le TV (due) sono antiquate, non sono smart, impossibile connetterle anche se avete un telefonino di ultima generazione. Mia mogli voleva accendere la lucina del bagno, al buio, e ha messo le mani su una doppiapresa APERTA che si teneva con un pezzo di nastro, ed ha preso una scossa che ancora se la ricorda!!! Bisogna fare attenzione se sei una struttura ricettiva, che come minimo nessuno si faccia male. Il secchio della spazzatura è di METALLO?!?!? con un coperchio arrugginito, ragazzi, un secchio costa 5 euro, cambiatelo! I Clienti, NON troveranno una macchinetta per il caffè (automatica), c'è quella per la moka, ma... non c'è caffè, ne tantomeno una bustina con lo zucchero, anche questa è una spesa irrisoria, e dà confort e qualità a chi si ferma nella struttura. In fine, consiglierei di riammodernare questo appartamento, che ha mobili molto vecchi, a noi è rimasto uno sportello della cucina in mano, solo per averlo aperto per vedere se c'era una paletta. Non siamo una famiglia rompib.... ma abbiamo giranto tantissimo, e sinceramente, abbiamo una discreta esperienza, su cosa debba offrire una struttura, che pretende di essere pagata 150 euro a notte a Novembre 2023!!

Great time spent in a beautiful place

Great contact with the host. He was really hospitable and helpful. Also, I arrived in Pescara in the middle of the night and it was no problem for him to greet us at such a late time. The apartments is pretty close to the beach and bus/train station. I strongly recommend this place for families / couples.

Good Location not clean and nothing works. Beware.

The location was excellent. The apartment overall had so much potential but it seems the owners were not really looking after the place. Great layout with balconies.

The reason that we did not rate this place is because the kitchen area was in effect unusable, Most of the items were not working or unclean especially the oven. There was so many broken items such as the chairs and tables on the balconies, the blinds were all old and falling apart. They simply could not be used. The Toilet flush was unusable but I had to put my hand in a hole to find the flush. There was red ribbon tied to the mechanism that broke in our hands. There was note to tell us that she was waiting for a spare part but we booked this place over 6 weeks ago and we feel this should have been fixed. The shower room was not cleaned properly, the wash basin was blocking. In general the owners presented us with a half finished apartment in what is a great location. There was no emphasis on us being the customer. Lastly the owners never told us they wanted cash on arrival. So she demanded Euro 270 before she even showed us around, cash, which I had to go to a cash machine to get out the cash and I tried to tell her that she should have told us that she wanted cash and I would have had it ready for her. I did not like her attitude at all. She was only interested in cash and when we would have to leave. Overall disappointing venue which we will not use again despite the fantastic location. We ourselves have an AIRBNB offering in the Lake District and if we had presented our cottage like this we would have no bookings at all.

Nice Apartment

Nice apartment located in the centre of Pescara.

The apartment is at the end of a quiet lane which can seem isolated at night.

Great for backpackers.

It was spacious and clean.

The location. It was on the second floor and there was no lift. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up to the room. Also, there was no parking and we had to leave our car 500 metres away in a public area. May suit somebody who has only minimum luggage and no car.
