Fun girls' weekend in spacious apartment right on Atlantic City Boardwalk!

We liked that it was very spacious and clean and had a lot of supplies needed for a home-like stay. It was close to everything on the boardwalk. It was a great value. Also, the check in process was very easy and a representative was always available to discuss any issues.

Some of the fixtures and the plumbing in the bathroom needs to be replaced or better maintained. We did not like having to worry about our noise level in the early evening...While we normally do not get rowdy or loud, it was difficult to determine what was considered a breach of "quiet hours" rules.

I loved my stay at CozySuites and can’t wait to book again.

I liked the space and the cleanliness of the room. I liked the fact that there was only 1 television which made the family night even better by watching movies that we all enjoy.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like, I loved my stay there.

nothing !!!!

I don’t like the baby doll furniture, lightbulbs were missing from lamps 1 out of the 3 bathrooms drainage system was clogged upon check I didn’t have any water in the apartment to wash myself & my children so it’s a no for me. I will never stay at this property more suggest it

Disappointing

I just want to said that on the add the condo looks good but when you get there is not especially for the price they even ask me if I have some bad reviews to talk with them on the phone instead post the review but my experience I don’t want someone else to go through the same thing also the parking lot it says is 20 x day and they charge me 25 because of weekend plus they open my car on the parking lot search everything and took some money and electronics sorry to said this but I will never book with cozy suites again

we enjoyed our stay

The elevators were very difficult to use. The front desk at the Showboat really did not want much to do with us. Needed more towels and shampoo and conditioner and there’s no one there to take care of anyone in the cozy suites. I think you need a desk there

need help and supplies. no one there.

Fantastic apartment for a relaxing vacation.

Clean, modern, and spacious. We had an end unit and it was very quiet for the most part. Great location with resort right on the boardwalk. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room was clean with newish machines. Staff was friendly and game area fun for kids. Felt very safe in the resort.

The resort is remodeling and is looking a little shabby on the Lobby floor. The first night some neighbors had a loud party, but security shut it down quickly.

Nice weekend with the kids.

The arcade in the property was a lot of fun! The location was also conveniently located.

The condo was advertised as a "beachfront condo". We couldn't even see the beach from the property. I was told my mom was on the list to pick up the keys upon arrival. I was stuck in traffic and my 73 year old mom had to wait in her car for over 2 hours because she couldn't get a key. I called the help line and was told twice that they would contact reception to add her name, but that never happened. The condo was also described as a "quiet rental", but it was not at all. The neighbors on both sides were extremely loud and were up all night. It was difficult for myself, my mom and my kids to sleep. I called the helpline and they contacted the neighbors to be quiet. They quieted down for about 15 minutes before going back to being extremely loud. I attempted to follow up with the host but did not get a response. My mom wanted to take a nap, since we were up all night due to noise but we couldn't close her bedroom door. I was attempting to close the door when it came unattached from the hinge and fell on top of me. I had to call for my kids to help me push the door up against the wall. My right side was bruised and sore from propping up the door before someone could help.
