When Calling the front desk in the morning, you are left with a recorded message that says, “I can not hear you”. The same message occurred over multiple calls. I brought it up to several staff in person and later in writing (no response) and I was told it may be a phone malfunction in our room. I ran into security when leaving. They said there is a phone in the hallway. Good to know in an emergency.

Check in person was very nice and bell services very nice , since room wasn’t ready at check in.
Hard Rock Cafe has good food and drinks
And Joseph our server was the best.
