The parking garage is 8 levels with no elevator. I got to my room it was dirty, bed lines wete not changed from the orevious guest. I decided to leave and requested a refund but the front desk attendant is not authorized to give a refund. I have to wait until Monday for a general manager. For $400/night, very disappointing.

The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, however the building is outdated, smells musty and the garage is very tight. It's a great location if you're not interested in luxury.

We thought we reserved a room at Resorts in Atlantic. However when we went to the check in desk at Resorts we were advised that our reservation had nothing to do with Resorts. Our reservation was with Boardwalk Resorts Atlantic Palace which is was about two blocks away from Resorts Casino and Hotel. We think Hotel.com should specify that this location is not affiliated with the casino. As it is off-season, the area where this location is somewhat deserted, and a police officer advised us to be careful if we were walking around that area.

It made me feel claustrophobic and my room. I also didn’t like it sad it had a diner but u get there n it’s closed. I don’t like that u can’t have an option to have a smoking or nonsmoking n you have to keep going outside where it’s not safe

Only stayed for one night, however, EVERTHING was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was perfect; clean, warm, stocked, everthing working properly. Even the elevators were quick and efficient!

I was not notified about the water advisory in Atlantic city i used the water they not provide any bottled water or ice like others properties in Atlantic city i actually found out about at the hard rock this is totally unacceptable!

It was on the boardwalk so close to casinos but the room had sticky stuff all over the table hair on the floor in the shower and tv remote didnt work so just used my phone while in the room, also elevators were sketchy seemed in not great condition but front desk and security were nice though it was ok because its location but def not worth the $400 I paid for the room on New Years Eve.

we had to leave after we opened up the shower curtain and saw a horrible deposit in the bathtub. We packed up and ran away. The manager was very professional and issued a full refund. Will not post a photo as a courtesy to the staff.

Best stay ever. Lost my wallet they found it and held onto it. Two irons didn’t work, the brought me a new one. Front desk, friendly as ever. I was here for convention and I wouldn’t ever stay at another place. Atlantic Palace till I die. Lol. Keep up the exceptional work.

The room was clean and spacious. We were only there for the weekend. We did not use the kitchen except the fridge. The view was awesome.

Overall the hotel was ok. The tub was questionable I wore my slides in the tub. I would stay again it’s way better than other hotels along the Boardwalk and the ocean view was pretty.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Out the front door is the beach. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us getting into our room about an hour early. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably is right by the boardwalk. Everything is outdated, not clean, sofa/couch wasn't wiped. Still has hand marks. Bathroom doesn't have tissues, bathtub is dirty and has molds. Bed has dirty spots. Overall bad experience. I'd rather stay at a motel for quarter of the price of this place and it would've been nicer and cleaner.

My family went for my daughters 16th birthday. The room was just right for us. Comfortable conditions, right next to the beach. Definitely added it to my places to stay in AC.

A Hotel in a great location. Hotel was clean beds were comfortable and beautiful views it’s very spacious it is just not luxurious or extra special. The furniture is worn and the walls are very thin. I would recommend someone stay here but wouldn’t stay here myself again it would be great for families and people needing a lot of space.
