We were really impressed with Casa 1932. It’s a unique space with 1930s decor in a convenient part of town for Centro Habana, Habana Vieja, and Vedado. Luis and his team went above and beyond our expectations and services like WiFi, breakfast, and drinking water in the fridge to set this apart from other places we stayed in Cuba.

Luis and his team are incredible. They make you feel like you are at your own home. The casa is like a part of a museum with a lot of history of Luis’ family and old Cuba. The room that we stayed was always clean and they provided daily room cleaning service. Location of the casa is very convenient you can walk through the Malecon to Havana center. I would suggest everybody to have a breakfast and dinner in there, because Luis’ mother cooks various delicious dishes.
Luis also helped us on our daily trips. He recommended us the best places and the people, so we were able to explore Cuba with the local people.
Thank you Luis! We will definitely come back and stay at Casa 1932!

You cannot go wrong staying with Luis and his amazing team while in Havana.
We were met upon our arrival with smiling faces, fresh juice, and invited to sit and relax. It felt remarkably like arriving to visit family and the warmth was there our entire stay.
Luis was super helpful in educating us about Havana highlights, scheduling taxis and tours, and checking on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our time with him and his team.
The property is located in a great spot. A very short walk to the malecón and and an easy stroll to the usual tourist areas along with the great restaurants in the neighborhood.
The team was always there to greet us with a smile and help with anything else we could possibly need. Luis has a really fantastic operation here I would recommend to anyone.
Clean, safe, walking distance to just about everything you want to do, and a team of folks focused on making you happy? 10/10!!!

Hidden gem! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were outstanding and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area feels a little sketchy at first but after a couple days it felt completely safe. Would def stay here again.

I highly recommend Casa 1932. The owner Luis is very helpful, he make my stay as comfortable as possible from the very beginning of the trip. There was no problem in arranging transport from the airport. Upon arrival, a well-kept, nice room was waiting for us. It has a large bed, fridge and water in it. Room equipped with a fan, air conditioning and a safe. Internet in the room very good. In the morning, a very tasty breakfast was waiting for us. You have to spend a few moments on a very atmospheric patio.
Luis is a very helpful and talkative man. Helps to solve any problem or request.

Every aspect of our stay at Boutique Casa 1932 was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were great. We found Luís to be an exceptionally welcoming and helpful host. At check in Luís offered us lots of advice and help with organising our onward travels around Cuba. We’d love to return to Boutique Casa 1932 - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We did not know what to expect from a "casa", however Mr. Luis the owner did everything in his hands to make our stay unforgettable: the facilities have all what you need, from filtered-drinking-water thru A/C, wifi, breakfast, beautiful-vintage-style-patio unbelievably beautiful, 200 Mts from the sea. (not for bathing, but from the "malecon". Besides, we had absolutely nothing to worry about know that Mr. Luis will help us with every single thing we needed or wanted. When we come back to Havana - We will be back.

The property looks and feels like a momment in history. Better than expected comfort with the look and feel of a historic home. Luis, a 5th generation owner and his family care for the home and its guests. On top of excellent service at the home, he goes above and beyond offering guidance for daily activities. (What to do or not to do) saving us so much time and money while making sure we have the best possible experience. I couldnt imagine learning this amazing city without the help of Luis, his family, and staff. I give this wonderful home my absolute top recomendation. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa 1932. The room was comfortable and we loved the decorated courtyard to relax in after a day walking around Havana. Luis the owner and his family were lovely, kind and friendly and the breakfast set us up for the day. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a traditional casa rather than a hotel.

This is a most beautiful Casa to stay in. Our host Loui was the most helpful and friendly person as was all of the staff and the breakfast was amazing. It was easy to make bookings for trips and get a taxi but the centre was walkable. Fabulous couple of days. Thank you.

We had high expectations for our stay here as we had read all the previous reviews …. We were not disappointed ! What an amazing place ! Luis is the perfect host - always available to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect … but never intrusive. He helped us so much in so many ways to ensure our stay was perfect. The Casa is just a 10 minute very easy and beautiful walk down Malecon from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but in a quiet area which guarantees a restful sleep! The facilities are immaculate and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble … can’t recommend highly enough - thank you Luis ! (He even gifted me an amazing antique Mother of Pearl powder compact as it was my birthday whilst we were there : speechless!!!)

What a wonderful stay I had at Boutique Casa 1932! Luis and his family gave me the warmest of welcomes and were ready to offer help with anything I needed -- from directions and tips, to booking taxis, to setting up outings. The house itself is gorgeous, lovingly maintained and curated with antique and vintage decor. The room I stayed in was equally gorgeous, comfortable and very private. I honestly could not have asked for a nicer experience, and I will carry warm memories of Boutique Casa 1932 for a long time to come.

This place was amazing! A hidden gem in Havana. The owner and the people who work here are extremely friendly. The rooms are super clean! The beds are very comfortable. The shower is clean and lovely too. And the breakfast IS TOTALLY AMAZING! It's the best breakfast we ate in 9 days of Cuba. This places is full of beautiful historical collections about Cuba/Havana. The owner is proud to show you everything of his collection, and can tell a story about every item. The WiFi was super good (if it worked). The connection is lost many times, but this is normal for Cuba.

If you are looking for a unique vacation experience do not hesitate to book Casa 1932. We didn't know what to expect from this B & B but Luis, the owner, and his family warmly welcomed us into their home. Our room was spacious, with the very high ceilings, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well equipped including hot water. There was a fridge in the room that was stocked with water that was refilled each day. This home is exquisitely decorated and walking through the rooms was like visiting a museum. Luis is a wonderful host that will assist you with anything you need. He arranged us private transport to Varadero, our next destination. They will provide breakfast and dinner and dining in their beautiful dining room is an experience all in itself. The wifi in the home is excellent by Cuban standards. We felt very much at home and the home is very close walking distance to all that Old Havana has to offer. We will never forget this wonderful family and their warmth and kindness. This is not just a hotel stay, staying in this home is truly a unique experience.

The whole team at Casa 1932 (including the cutest dog in Cuba) made our stay fantastic. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, well kept, and filled with character. The breakfasts and our dinner was overflowing with delicious food. If you are lucky enough to snag one of the rooms, you'll have the best time.

Luis and his whole family were very friendly and their hospitality was excellent. The casa is well located, with spacious rooms, with a beautiful decor in vintage style and antiques like a museum.
The breakfast was delicious and the dinner we had there was extraordinary. Definitely the best meal we had in our whole trip.

This was our first casa in Cuba on our 2-week holidays. The casa is very well located to visit central and old Havana as well as Vedado. Luis is a great host, speaks very good English and is always ready to help guests out. He offers airport pickup service which is very convenient. The room was good and spacious. Free WiFi is available as well as fresh water every day and tea facilities. The breakfast was the best we had in Cuba! Dinner at this casa is also highly recommended!

This is a unique property that is beautifully maintained and decorated with fascinating collections from family heirlooms and collections sourced by Luis. Luis speaks good English and helped us navigate many difficulties during our stay in Havana. The staff are very generous and friendly- welcome drinks on arrival much appreciated.

I had read the reviews before I booked my stay at Casa 1932, and was so glad it lived up to expectations!
The house is in a less touristy part of town which proved perfect for me - much more real, and much more relaxed than Old Havana (where I also spent a few nights). It's only a 10 minute walk to Old Havana for when you want to be there.
The rooms are well sized, private and comfortable. And, in Cuba terms, quiet!
Luis, the owner, is an absolute star. He'll help you understand what's going on in Cuba (if/when he tells you to bring cash for your whole trip, listen to him!). He'll help you with plans and arranging things, and if he offers for you to take dinner in the casa then absolutely do it. I was lucky enough to get lobster!
After my week long tour of Cuba, I couldn't wait to get back to Casa 1932 and Luis. He and his house made the best start and end to my trip I could have imagined. Thanks Luis!

This property is a true gem and indeed very rare find. I’m glad we picked this Casa as it was very clean and walking distance from all the top attractions. The owner Luis is exceptionally helpful and friendly. He is well connected and had great recommendations for us. The Casa particularly has been very tastefully designed by him. The little details and memorabilia and stories behind each were truly fascinating. Luis has done an incredible job preserving this traditional family home and offering its guest the best of the modern amenities. We also enjoyed the cooked breakfast very much and would highly recommend it. The experience and the service was outstanding and we certainly wished we had stayed here longer.

Beautiful Casa with boutique look and amazingly helpful family running it. Just a mere 10-15min walk from the old part of town, expect a cool, clean, comfy and well serviced experience! We had a 2-night stay upon arrival to Havana. It was a pleasant experience with a cozy room with air conditioning and a mini-fridge. This was our first trip to Cuba and Boutique Casa 1932 was the perfect place to stay. Luis's B&B is amazing, filled with many collectibles. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is close to many places to enjoy central Havana. But the very best part of our stay was the hospitality shown by Luis and his daughter who made us feel like old friends. Luis is extremely knowledgable about the best Havana has to offer. He helped us with many details that would have been clumsy otherwise, like taxis, restaurants, dinner shows and just general information about Cuba. We loved our stay at Boutique Casa 1932!

I have never reviewed a stay anywhere but i fell compelled to write this. The casa is just heaven, Luis can not do enough for you, from the minute you arrive you fell likeyou are staying with your favourite uncle overseas. The room is clean and you have everything, the breakfast is out of this world and nothing is a problem. Luis will guide you through every aspect of life in cuba as well as look after you, from taxis, restaurants, safety and of course cigars. I have been to many places on this planet but i never meet such a genuine host. Just stay here if you want to see Havana as it should be seen. 10 out of 10.
