Very comfortable stay, such a great place to watch a sunset. Wendy is a superb host!

The location is beautiful with the view and the proximity to restaurants, businesses, and the Thursday Night farmer’s market. We also appreciated Wendy and Yoshi’s great hospitality!

Perhaps update room access to keypads (so we don’t lose a key) and consider upgrading TVs to smart TVs.

Very pleasantly surprised by this well appointed, comfortable inn! Loved my beach/bay respite!

Perfect location if you want waterfront tranquility! Loved the water view from All of windows/French doors. Spent a lot of time on our balcony, taking in the views, watching all the ducks and dog walkers. But main balcony was the best with its lovely fire pit. Bed was, I think, more comfortable than my own bed! Can’t wait to visit again!

Nothing really. Christina and her staff are very accommodating and keep this place immaculate. If I had to pick something, I would say lounge chairs would have been really on Pink Palace balcony (where there are a few cobwebs. And the cleaning solution (Lysol) was too strong for my taste and it lingered for a bit. Missed a “special” breakfast (maybe know one does that anymore, idk). But what was offered was satisfying.

Perfect romantic get away

The location was perfect within walking distance to everything . We had a fantastic view of the Carquinez Bay. The owners and the staff were all super nice and helpful.

If you want charm, views, and a gracious host, this is the place!

Fabulous location with great water view and breeze. Right next to public shore path and a block off main downtown area—yet quiet. Very friendly host who was eager to do anything to make our stay enjoyable.

Bathroom is small and the room was warm because it was an unusually warm evening. The AC unit was too noisy but leaving the balcony door open through the night helped a lot.

Warm welcome from our Hostess to a wonderfully quaint inn in a perfect location w/a fantastic view.

This is a wonderful inn. It has a lovely screened-in outdoor seating area that overlooks the Carquinez Strait and Bridge. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax. Our room, the Pink Palace, is nicely decorated and has the most spectacular view of the Carquinez Bridge and Strait. Everything was clean, the bed was so-o-o comfortable, and the sheets were luxurious. Keurig coffeemakers are in the rooms as well as in the entry area. Breakfast is also provided each morning. Chrisina is a warm and welcoming hostess and made our "too-short" stay very enjoyable. She is fun to visit with. This inn is in a perfect location in historic Benicia - right where all of the interesting shops, delicious bakeries and restaurants are. We will definitely be back.

Wish we could have stayed for a longer period of time but our schedule didn't allow that this time.

Charming water-side lodging a block from downtown.

Great location, a block from downtown restaurants and businesses, and overlooking the scenic Carquinez Strait. Cheerful staff, decent breakfast, complimentary bar,...all good. Our room overlooked the water (cool!) and was large and comfortable, and so was the bed.

I liked the separate bed and living room set up. loved the balcony for eating breakfast and just relaxing.

I did not find anything I didn’t like, the stairs were a surprise, but enjoyable.

The location and views were spectacular. The breakfast was really good.

Would have been nice to have more details on what was available to guests. No details were given to us about the bar? Or the free beverages in the lobby fridge. A lot of restaurants are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The exterior needs fresh paint/stain.

Loved our stay, we will be back!

Really nice suite, it was well equipped and comfortable! Bigger than expected with beautiful furniture and great tub! The water view was terrific!

The bed was a bit hard for my liking a foam pad or feather bed would have made it perfect.

Perfect location for a stay in Benicia

Chaotic and a bit disorganized...delayed the second day as no one had made coffee or breakfast.

The decor...it was cluttered and more like a 1980s English B&B with lots of pattern and design and stuff.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Windows were old, defective and rattled in the wind, palm tree fronds rattled on the roof and window at night with strong winds. A door on the bathroom would have been nice.

If you like antiques and want a view and great location stay here!

Annabella greeted us and offered a free cocktail We sat in the screened in area enjoying the view away from the wind. We like antiques and she let us check out the other rooms

Room 7 is hot even when it’s cool out. 2 ceiling fans and a big room AC was necessary the whole time
