Such a beautiful place! We will definitely come back again...

We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the beautiful location. The warm welcome was great, also the breakfast and afternoon tea. Everyone was helpful and child-friendly.

Central if you want to be in the bustle of seapoint with restaurants and shops in walking distance will go back

A really special stay at The Clarendon.

We stayed in the family suite, which was superb. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very large, and the bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the service of all staff was first class. We'll definitely look to stay with you again if (when!) we return to Cape Town!

I suppose there could be slightly more room for car parking, but we got a space in the small onsite car park, so all good!

Lovely Cape Town stay

Excellent facilities, the staff were very welcoming & helpful. location close proximity to Table Mountain, Lions Head, V&A

our only issues during the stay were the daily shed loading which was out of the hotel control

Very good

Almost everything, the service was excellent from all stuff. Property is beautiful and well mantained. A very nice touch with the afternoon tea.

The unbearable noise from the room above, it seems like the floor is wooden, so all the movement the guest/s made I could hear throughout the night. May be, soundproofing both rooms would solve the problem, otherwise everything was enjoyable, there's nothinv else I didn't like.

Beautiful Establishment.

Excellent customer service from all staff members. The location was perfect, in a very safe area. Every afternoon Clarendon served High Tea with scones or cake, what was very appreciated. When we arrived at lunchtime, we ordered the Greek and Tuna Salad, very tasteful and one of the best salads we ever had. Also compliments for the Laundry staff, all our laundry was perfectly washed and ironed.

We think the room and pool areas could have been cleaner. At the pool areas it took hours before empty tableware was taken away. For a fancy establishment like Clarendon, you should take more care of this part, as well as taken away towels from empty beds at the pool area. There was not a single towel hook in our bathroom. If you would attache a metal horizontal bar at the glazen shower door, this problem would already been solved.

very comfortable stay,.. feels more like an upmarket Bed and a breakfast than a Boutique Hotel!

All the staff were helpful and friendly!

Very Noisy, rooms are close to a busy road and walls between rooms are thin.

Not recommended for business travel. The hotel is situated on a busy street with relatively high traffic, which kept me up.

Fantastic stay along the coast of Cape Town

Actuallt everything. The rooms are fantastic! The moment we walked in we felt safe and at home. Achmed welcomed us and was a great host! Friendly and very kind. He made us feel like home and made sure our stay was great. The night guard Brian was terrific and super kind as well. every night he waited for us to arrive back at the hotel and made us feel safe. We definitely come back and would recommend this place!
