Delightful property, close to waterfront and restaurants. Lethu and his team were very nice, helpful and obliging. Breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. We walked to V & A Waterfront along the beachfront, about 45 minutes to an hour. The food at the Italian restaurant is delicious. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

Perfect location. Quiet but close to sea, Waterfront and with many good restaurants just round the corner. Nice breakfast.
Very small garden area with a very small pool- pictures misleading.
Total 8 rooms, all different. Ours was spacious but a bit worn out.
It is not a hotel but a B&B. Staff only present during breakfast time. Manager available via WatchApp and did respond fast and was very helpful, but as a first time visitor in Cape Town I missed the personal contact and the possibility to ask questions on what to do and where to go.

Nothing in particular
The bathroom was tiny , the extraction fan wasn’t working. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. We were not aware that the few drinks in the fridge were not complimentary.
