I loved that that check-in was super quick and easy. The property was really close to shops restaurants coffee shops and best of all the beach. I also like that the apartment was “tidied” every second day. As well as getting in and out the building.
I didn’t like that we had to use the stairs a few times. Sometimes they run out of clean towels which is weird considering that’s one of the main priorities when cleaning to add on that when they do clean still seams like the floors weren’t cleaned.

The ceiling was a strange one but it looked cool for a decoration
The tv stand sticking close to the bed it made the apartment and the bed look like kids room not like a hotel room.

I Lost a days accommodation as I tried to change a date approximately a month before arrival and fluent said I should do it through bookings .com which I did. Fluent never acknowledge my request and when I proved my case when I arrived they took it to management and management said sorry we cannot help, without even asking for details. i believe that fluent don't care as long as they have your money, will never use fluent ever again
