Great location and staff were wonderful.
Felt safe walking around the area.
The lovely lady on reception Cindy managed to check us in early which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.
The lift was down for maintenance so had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room. However staff helped us with our bags.

The property is exceptional good
The carpet is not smelling good. Worse the room doesn't have windows.

It is very well located. The coffee shop downstairs is great.
Booking a room facing the pool is not a good idea. The rooms are small and have no windows. Also, you hear noise from the lobby. We were told there are only 4 parking bays available, so no parking available when we arrived.
