Alt, dreckig und zu weit außerhalb der Stadt

Es war ruhig um das Hotel und die Zimmer sind groß

Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir Schimmel in der Dusche, was eigentlich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren dürfte. Generell ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist auch nicht so gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nichts. Man muss also entweder mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren oder ca. 1 Stunde laufen. Das Personal ist teilweise etwas unfreundlich und die Preise an der Bar sind zu teuer... Man hört auch sehr viele Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern oder dem Flur. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kette ist dieses eher schlecht. Das Frühstück war auch viel zu teuer, aber in der Nähe gibt's leider auch nichts. Würde nicht wieder kommen

Ottima struttura...enorme

Struttura di una catena di hotel affidabilissima (noi abbiamo prenotato qui proprio per il 'nome'). Camere belle, bagno super! Area colazioni ben sistemata e personale molto attento (molta varietà dolce e salata). Zona piscina ben organizzata (non permettono la 'riserva' degli sdraio se non si è presenti) asciugamani disponibili. Possibilità di pranzare sino al pomeriggio nel bar della piscina. La zona della piscina aduls only è molto carina e rimane davvero silenziosa. La hall bella, grande ed ordinata.

Area piscina un pò piccola, visto il quantitativo di persone che la struttura può ospitare e per il clima caldo presente praticamente quasi tutto l'anno. La struttura è davvero molto grande, tanti spazi inutilizzati vista la vastità. Quando leggevo di altre recensioni simili, prima dell'arrivo non comprendevo bene, ma sostanzialmente per raggiungere tutti gli ambienti dalla propria camera occorre camminare un pò, che non è un problema ma se ci si dimentica qualcosa in camera o in auto anche solo una volta può risultare fastidioso. Il contro di una struttura così grande, anche se ben organizzata, forse è la mancanza di un rapporto con lo staff, sempre cordiale, ma per il quale diventa davvero difficile ricordarsi anche solo i volti giorno per giorno (ci hanno chiesto un pò di volte nella stessa mattinata come andasse il soggiorno, pensando fossimo persone diverse). Ma non mi pare proprio una pecca ecco. La struttura è lontana dal centro, occorre l'auto, il servizio bus non passa nella zona (a quanto ci hanno detto alla reception). Se non si prenota il parcheggio lo si può trovare nella zona circostante, su strada (sperando non sia pieno).

Limpieza bastante peor que las anteriores estancias, he ido con regularidad al Barceló renacimiento pero esta última estancia se ha dejado notar la caída de la limpieza

Ticked all the boxes for a seasoned overnight traveller

A very good location for us as a ‘overnight ’ stop (we were driving to the Algarve so wasn’t using it as a base to see Seville). Excellent facilities. Staff very attentive and helpful (I’m a self confessed and ashamedly fussy customer in hotels). Easily accessible from the motorway network. Room service very quick. Nice bathroom with all required facilities.

Very ‘corporate’ in feel (not sure if that’s actually a criticism; just an observation! A darn long walk from reception to the room, could have done with a Segway to help me.

Luxurious, family friendly, clean, good value.

Room was a really great size, so clean and amazing facilities! Pool was amazing, super clean, child friendly in the main area and adults only also available. Pool bar was reasonably priced and staff friendly. Reception staff were kind and really helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing and really worth the price!!

It was comfortable and fun

Comfortable, beautiful and with a wonderful pool. Great location, 5-10 minutes walking to Isla Mágica.

I was disappointed when I ordered cutlery at room service and was informed that because they were very busy, if I didn't order some food, they would have to charge me €5 to take me the cutlery. I had to go down to the kitchen myself to pick it up.

Great adults only pool area away from children

Really great pool facilities, especially the adults only section (we wouldn’t have enjoyed it without this) was very clean and bedroom was a great size. Lovely big lounge area and breakfast had a good selection

Service was sometimes a bit slow, as a couple this hotel was definitely more suited towards family as there were a lot of children so we were very pleased with the adults only pool section. Slightly out of the way but cabs weren’t expensive

Overall a very nice place to stay, would recommend

We liked that our room was spacious, bright, and the bathroom is very nice. We also had a coffee machine which was nice to have. Whenever we need anything, we called the reception and they bring it to us really fast. The restaurant downstairs was also nice.

The cleaning service took our room card and threw away our bag by mistake

Good base for families to explore Sevilla. The hot midday hours one can spend with the kids at one of two outdoor pools, of which one is heated. Room size was good to sleep four. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast is quite expensive. Shower door wouldn't close. We'd recommend a car when staying at the hotel with a family even though the city can be reached walking (~30 min for adults), by taxi/Uber or bus. Parking is available directly at the hotel (€18 per 24h) or easily found at the streets around the compound.
