Well located nice big rooms

Good sized room with large beds . Very clean

Excellent value for money city hotel.

Well appointed hotel in a convenient location to access city centre. The room was of adequate size but only 1 arm chair and 1 desk chair. Bathroom facilities are excellent. 6 lifts meant that waiting times were short even during busy periods. Car parking cost 18 Euros a day but was secure and easy to access. Staff helpful and readily to hand when needed. In summary a very good value for money hotel.

Could not get the room safe to work. Room was small but perfectly adequate.

Perfect location, friendly polite staff, secure underground parking, comfortable.

Both underground car park and location were great - 15 minute walk to old town and Plaza España. We were expecting a standard double but were given a junior suite, wow. Lounge area with tv, bedroom with 2nd tv, dressing area, bathroom, separate toilet/bidet. They had thought of everything from gown and slippers to comb and sewing kit. Very impressed.

Schönes sauberes großes Zimmer. Terrasse mit Pool. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Garage für Motorrad um €18,- wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Parken in der Nähe auf dem Gehsteig problemlos möglich.

Worn Hotel

Nice pool area, close to the city center, breakfast fast okay, but too expensive.

Old worn hotel, needs a tune up, too pricey for these old interior. The fabric carpets smell strange and the mattresses are not very convenient.

Está bien ubicado pero un poco lejos de la zona centro. Caminando a unos 15 minutos.

In summary, this hotel offers a fantastic location, friendly staff, and a comfortable room.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better. It's within walking distance of the airport bus line, and the taxi fare to the central train station was under 10 euro. Most major attractions, including Plaza de Espana, Alcazar, and the Cathedral, were conveniently located within a mile's walk. The hotel staff were consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests, enhancing the overall guest experience.

While the room was decent, one of the windows in my room was locked, and the other was difficult to open. Having both windows operational for fresh air would have significantly improved my experience.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant und Bar sind zu empfehlen. Zentrum zu Fus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Preis zu hoch. Entspricht nicht dem Komfort. Zimmer war nicht so sauber.

Todo, habitación sin ruidos, ordenada y limpia,la terraza y sus vistas, el jacuzzi con vistas , las comidas de la media pensión, el restaurante , la piscina,,, todo perfecto.

Que reservamos una habitación de la última planta y no tenía terraza como ponía en la reserva y para ellos nos bajaron a la la siguiente planta q las habitaciones valen menos... nose hablo nada de precios pero nos obsequiaron con una bandeja de frutas y un cava.

Lovely hotel, great location. Friendly and helpful staff

Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No trouble at all with communication. The breakfast was great, good selection. Pool bar never too busy and great selection of good food. Really close to the tram stop so easy to get to the tourist spots. Great aircon which was very much needed. Pool towels supplied at no cost. 20 mins from the airport. We loved our stay.

We asked if we could extend the time in our room as we had a late check out. We were told the hotel was fully booked however we were able to book another room independently. Shame this happened as otherwise our stay would've been perfect.

4-star service, facilities and room amenities for 3-star price, central location with easy access to local transportation, easy 15-minute walk to/from Santa Justa train station, very professional English-speaking front desk and bell staff, presence of door man/security personnel for safety, nice pool, pool deck, jacuzzi and sauna for a relaxing stay

The not-so-clear and confusing signs leading to the pool and jacuzzi areas, slippery floor and steps near the jacuzzi that can be a safety hazard

Perfect hub for what we wanted to do

Location was incredible, view from the room is great although we may have got lucky there as we faced the cathedral etc. This was the perfect place for what we wanted to do, chill by the pool for half of the day and take a short walk into the main part of the city to explore for the other half of the day

The restaurant other than the view was incredible poor, the worst meal of the holiday. Close by a school so there is lots of children screaming and playing at parts of the day.

Excellent Hotel for Seville visit

Upgraded to a Junior suite and it was lovely. Huge living room area, plenty wardrobe space and a huge and extremely comfy bed. The hotel staff were always attentive, kind and very helpful. We found the prices to be relatively on par with the city prices for food and drink. It's very well located for access to the historic centre/cathedral (either the bus stops outside or the tram stop a few mins from the hotel) There's a couple handy supermarkets and pharmacy across the road too.

Clean, lovely rooms, location - close to transport ie train (San Bernardo), tram into historical centre, airport bus - 2 min walk,taxi rank outside. 15 min walk into historic centre - past lovely buildings and/or through Murillo park. Comfy beds

Lovely Place and amazing staff

the hotel smelt so nice and had a great breakfast buffet. the staff were super friendly and very helpful. overall it was a beautiful stay and very clean!

The beds made our backs sore but overall ok
